Fast service

Needed replacement of damaged right side rear view mirror quickly as a safety issue. Walter Feist, Service Advisor, had it installed quicker than I thought possible from ordering a replacement to having it painted prior to installation. I was pleased that Walt took the ball and ran with it. THANKS, Walt!!

Pleasantly received and shuttled to work.

Surprised pleasantly that the car was delivered to me without having to be picked up and taken tp the dealership to get it. A big improvement.

Wonderful Subaru service employees

The service Manager, Corey Link, and my service Technician, Mike Grimes are wonderful to work with. Both are very knowledgeable about my Subaru Outback and they are always very friendly and eager to help.

SATISFIED

I LIKED THE FACT YOU DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR L & M FOR A PUMP YOU JUST INSTALLED THAT REPLACED THE ONE YOU INSTALLED 7 MONTHS PREVIOUSLY. ON THE WALK AROUND INSPECTION, I WOULD HAVE LIKED MORE INFO ON THE LEAKING SHOCKS AND THE COST TO REPLACE THEM WRITTEN DOWN AS WELL AS VERBALLY. I APPRECIATED THE CAR WASH. VACUMING THE DRIVERS FLOOR WOULD HAVE GIVEN THE ILLUSION OF A CLEANER CAR!!!!

Great Service

I'm in my 70's & have owned a large number of cars. I've found my service manager here to be outstanding, & hence the entire experience with Delaware Cadillac has also been.

Best subaru dealer within the tri state area

Dave Stanton was a great sales man. He went over everything with me. He was very knowledgeable. I was never forced into buying a car or option I didn't want. This dealership will see return business from me. If you are looking for a new car this is the place to go.

Delaware Subaru Service

Service Manager Corey Link was professional and very helpful even though I arrived at what should have been the end of the day for him. He stayed until he found a substitute vehicle for me to drive and waited until I cleared everything out of my Cross Trek.He understood the problem and I had confidence that he would find a solution.

Excellent Service when needed most

Called for a service appointment with short notice. My SRX was long overdue for an oil change and two recalls were pending. The service advisor was able to squeeze me into the schedule and the work was finished when he had predicted. Not very expensive either. I am enjoying Cadillac ownership. I own a 2009 Escalade (hers) and a 2011 SRX (mine). Thanks
