Great exp.

Very impress with the service that we received from Ron we where just looking around aster doing a lot of online research and things just fell into place at Diver. Ron was a no pressure sales guy very forthcoming with information about the car and was able to beat our prearranged financing. I am definitely getting my next car at Diver I have an eye on a camaro right now. Thanks

buying a new turbo Cruz (from Trina)

I was researching new cars via the AAA car buying program and received 3 quotes from Delaware (I live in PA). All 3 followed-up in some fashion however Trina at Diver spent the most time talking to me about the particular model that I wanted. (This was in spite of my assertion that I was still "investigating"). However when it was time for me to be more serious I called her first because of our previous contact. When I picked up the car she was good about discussing all of the features; in particular she set up my Bluetooth on the spot which was a big help. I have contacted her again and received a prompt reply. Love the car!

I bought a car at the end of December from Trina, and she was amazing! She gave me all the info that I needed, showed me the cars that I wanted to look at and wasn't pushy with me at all. I would def recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a Chevy! The entire process went smoothly and I was in and out with my new car in a few hours. I couldn't have been happier.

I just purchased my second car from Diver Chevrolet. I...

I just purchased my second car from Diver Chevrolet. I chose a 2013 Traverse LS this time around. My sales person, Rusty Dunlop, was very professional and answered any questions we had in a prompt and courteous fashion. Rusty was readily available whether the dealership was open or closed. He couldn't do enough to help us through the sales process. Never any high sales pressure - only helpful, accurate responses to all of our questions. Diver Chevrolet was, as always, immaculately clean with a large inventory of vehicles to choose from. Clay, the business manager, was professional , prepared, and always to the point to make sure he did not waste any of our time on a Saturday morning. Overall, I would highly recommend the dealership, Rusty Dunlop, and the entire staff at Diver Chevrolet.

Do yourself a favor and drive to Diver Chevrolet.

I would like to thank the Diver family and there sales team for a great experience. I purchased a 2011 Malibu LTZ CPO at a price well below book value. One of the best things I learned while at the dealership was the warranty package that came with the CPO vehicle which to me was another great value and savings. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Diver Chevrolet and I must say that my first time around was as great as my most recent one. I have also had service work performed before and was even given a loaner so I was not without a car. I really can not say enough about this dealership. My family is very pleased.

Malibu 2013

I brought my 2013 malibu for a recall notice. In addition, I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I had scheduled for a loaner car. Diver had the the loaner car waiting for me when i arrived at the service center. The work was performed as scheduled and per agreement. In addition, I had asked the Diver technology experts to explain some system updates for the Malibu. The expert showed how to operate the car more effiently and improved my connectivity and user experience. I was very happy with the entire experience.

Great sales and service

Purchased my car from Diver after another local Chevy dealer (on rt 13 in New Castle) wouldn't honor the agreement a month after placing an order. Diver offered the same deal without hesitation and got the car quicker than originally promised. The check engine light in my Camaro recently came on (my first problem since purchasing from them over 4 years ago). The 3 year new car warranty had expired but Diver informed me the drivetrain warranty was 5 years and the repair was fully covered. They even gave me a loaner car since the repair took overnite. Everything went smooth and turned out great! I couldn't have asked for more (okay, maybe a Corvette loaner). I now know that Diver's service is just as good as their sales department and would definitely buy from them again.

Great Buying Experience! AGAIN!

We purchased a 2013 Silverado and a 2014 Malibu (separately). Matt Burgess was our salesman, both cars we purchased from him and he just really made us feel comfortable through the entire process. I just love Matt! Dave Johnson also helped a great deal, he is always so helpful and really worked hard to get us an unbeatable deal in a car that we love. I also must add that Chad in finance did not give up until he got us to into a loan at a rate which was better than the at home loan we had already secured. I could not be more happy with a dealership as I have been with Diver. Keep up the good work :)

Very happy customer!

Me and my husband were looking for a specific car and price. We went in Diver's Chevrolet and met with Matt Burgess. He found us exactly what we wanted at a great price. He was very knowledgeable about every detail of the car we were looking at. He did not pressure us at all but made sure we got a great deal. Everybody at Divers were extremely helpful. We bought our last two cars there and will be back!

2013 Cruze tire sensor reset

I have a 2013 Cruze which gving false tire sensor readings. I called Diver service department and explained my problem. Diver explained how long the service would take and I scheduled an appointment. Diver completed the tire sensor reset in the exact time as quoted to me. Diver found that I had a nail in one of the tires and they fixed it for me. I am very happy with how Diver performed the service.
