Great first car buying experience!
I recently purchased my first car, a Chevy Cruze, from Mark Thompson after my parents bought a Malibu from him last summer. Mark and the rest of the Diver staff made the experience easy and stress-free, even accommodating my tight time-table in which to purchase the car. Mark was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the Cruze. I love my Cruze so far, and I would definitely recommend Mark and Diver to anyone looking for an easy car-shopping experience.

Great Service
I just wanted to thank Trina Moulton and Diver for great service! Trina was my sales person and I thought she was great, I did not feel pressured she was great to work with. I felt that I drove her nuts by not being able to decide on a vehicle! I had her work up quotes on 3 vehicles and not once did she show that I was on her last nerve..lol I would definitely you Diver again for my next purchase.

Malibu ECO
I went into Diver with the expectations of being lied to like every other dealership that I have dealt with. I was shopping for a car without knowing if I could get out of my current lease. Trina was very straight forward and very accommodating. I totally did not expect that. Every dealership I have ever been to were terrible. In my eyes they were all snakes. I have never left a dealership without arguing with the sales people. Trina has completely restored my faith in the car buying experience. She is extremely pleasant and awesome to deal with. She knew a lot about the car and went out of her way to find me the color I wanted. I sent a good friend to her after buying my car and he as well had nothing but good things to say about Trina. I hope she stays there for a long time as I will buy all of my vehicles from her. Diver is by far the absolute BEST dealership in my book!!!! Not a lot of sales people will go out of their way to help a "GM Employee" per say. I will be back to buy more vehicles in the future. Thank you to everyone for your assistance and keep up the excellent customer service.

2013 silverado

Cruze LT
I second all the praise that my son, Steve Glasenapp, sent to Trina and Leslie regarding our Memorial Day purchases. Everything was set in motion with the Costco discount, dealer location, and contact with Trina and Leslie by email to discuss and prearrange financial information. Although I began my search several weeks ahead of time, Trina was patient with my Memorial Day timeline. She answered each and every question quickly as did Leslie. All in all, it was one of the most pleasant new care purchases I've experienced since the purchase of my 2006 Cobalt at Diver. I'd be happy to recommend Diver Chevrolet and Trina to anyone for a positive car buying experience.

Avalanche
This is the first time that I have personally dealt with Diver Chevrolet. Apparently, I am a third generation car buyer as my Grand father, Orville Johnson, used to buy cars here as does my mother of course. My mother enlisted my help to purchase a Chevy Cruze and our buying experience via the Costco program and settling up her trade via e-mail was the best experience I ever had purchasing a car while dealing with a trade in. In this process, I asked about the Avalanche and Silverado deals for Memorial Day weekend combined with the CostCo program. After a lot of thinking back and forth, Trina and Rich really helped me make the right decision. I got what I needed for my trade, got good financing and a great warranty. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm also impressed that I was able to buy the Vehicle in DE and take it back to OH over a Holiday weekend. Shows that Diver can make just about anything happen. Any speed bump could have sent me home to OH without the truck. Thanks folks!

I bought 2 vehicles in one day at Diver Chevrolet from Rusty Dunlop. Our experience with Rusty and the dealership was wonderful. He really knows the automobiles with all the diverse technology that Chevy has to offer. It seemed as talking with us he knew exactly what we wanted and after only test driving a few vehicles we had made our decisions and we were off to sign the paperwork. Rusty and the dealership really worked with us to give us the best possible deal with a lot of extras I know I would never have received from any other salesperson or dealership. My husband and I give a complete 5 star review to Rusty Dunlop and Diver Chevrolet.

A Great Buying Experience at Diver Chevrolet
We were recently shopping for a car to lease for our kids. We stopped by Diver Chevrolet one night to check out the Chevy Cruze. We were assisted by Robert Lake. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the features of the car when we went for a test drive. We explained to Robert that we were just starting our search and were not ready to make a decision that night. He was very patient with us and encouraged us to stop back anytime. We were happy not to be pressured to make a decision right away and told him we would bring one of our kids by to see the car. After checking out a few other cars at other dealers, we decided to go back to Diver and buy the Cruze from Robert. We couldn't be happier with our decision. Robert made the whole process really easy for us and our kids love the car.
