Justin was excellent to work with. Friendly, not at all pushy like some salesmen. He took his time to answer all my questions( (many) and ones that he wasn't sure of he looked up before giving me an answer. i would highly recommend Justin. I didn't rate the quality of work below because i did not have any work performed there.

I just bought our 6th Kia from Paramount Kia of Hickory. Tim Whitener is the best . No pressure to buy would not go anywhere else. My wife loves her Telluride !!!!

Buying a car from here was easy
Cathy Rivas knew what she was doing and made our purchase easy . Everyone was very nice even though we caused them to be late getting off because we drove all the way from Durham to get the car we wanted.

Awesome experience.
My son and his wife just bought a Kia Sorento from this dealership. We dealt with Cathy (sales person) and she was totally awesome; they bought the car without actually seeing it in person; no hassle; the process was seamless; the drive was 2-2.5 hours and when we arrived we were so impressed with Cathy, finance guy, etc. Best experience we have ever had in buying a vehicle. Would definitely buy another vehicle if I needed one. I loved the fact that they are a Christian dealership and you could definitely feel it. So very, very impressed. Cathy was great! Only complaint at all was the car had 400 miles on it when we were under the impression it had fewer than 10....but that was okay.

Christian dealership.
We had researched this vehicle on line and decided a Kia has the best warranty The dealership had the Optima that my husband wanted and the color he liked. After the road test we decided to purchase. The price was a little more than we expected. Our salesperson David was very open and helpful. We did add remote start as an added feature. Overall very pleased with our vehicle. Still trying to learn all the bells and whistles. We like the heated seats on the back seats and the cargo space seems adequate. We road travel a lot so wanted a vehicle that got good gas mileage as well. Overall good impression on the dealership, sales person and finance person.

Great service,great sales person
We went to the dealership looking for a Kia Soul we were looking into a used one, and they got us into a new one for about the same price that we would have paid for the used one, the sale person was very good at what he does, we would recommend this dealership to our friends and relatives.

Great Customer Service
I went to Paramount Kia of Hickory on the 9th of August and worked with Justin Roepel on getting my 3rd Kia Soul. I really enjoyed the experience with picking out a car that I would like. I did not feel any pressure to buy. Justin went over everything about the changes with new Soul. Every time that I drive my New Kia Soul I fall in love with it all over again. I will recommend Justin to all my friends and family.
