He went well above what was expected of me, even going insofar as to drive me to Wells Fargo to obtain a cashier's check. He assisted me very well during the negotiation process, and we ended up lowering the stated price of the car quite a bit. He provided chargers for phones, if necessary, and he was overall very amicable.
