Great experience

We were immediately greeted by Michael Blackwood with a smile and a handshake. Michael was very patient and professional throughout our entire transaction with Paramount Kia of Hickory. He listened to our concerns and requirements for purchasing a new Sorento and was very helpful all through the process. I highly recommend Michael to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. He is top notch!

Best Salesman Experience

Michael Blackwood was truly God sent. Buying cars has never been an enjoyed experience however Michael turned that around and made this the most pleasant experience with a dealership in my lifetime. Michael was extremely professional and represented Paramount Kia in the highest regard. The whole experience felt of great ease. We located the vehicle we liked and was given in depth detail of its features, then test drove a like car since the one wanted was on the showroom floor. The test drive was detailed out nicely as I drove the mid-size SUV Sorento and I became very comfortable and knowledgeable of its capabilities. Once back to showroom we felt extremely satisfied with the 2019 Sorento after already test driving other competitors. We felt the KIA Sorento had all the bells and whistles rising it above the others we had driven at Subaru, Toyota & Ford. Michael Blackwood went over and above to work the best deal possible for us. We had great confidence in all he had done to show us the product and get it priced so we could drive home with the new 2019 Sorento SX AWD. We will forever tell of our experience to peers, friends and family in hopes all when in the market for a new or used vehicle will visit Paramount KIA and ask for Michael Blackwood for a most enjoyed buying experience. Justin was very helpful and knowledgeable

Poor customer service

We had purchased a new 2016 Kia Sedona from Paramount Kia and Cathy was our sales rep. My daughter and son in law went over a couple of weeks ago and had a bad experience with a guilt tripper, high pressure salesman so we decided to go back and have her meet with Cathy. We went back to her this week 12-17-2018 and had an appointment to see her around 12:30. When we arrived she had someone with her and she said another sales rep would handle the first part of our visit. They gave us to another salesman and he was nice enough i suppose but they did not want to sell anything, only come off of the price of a used van $100, really. Don't waste your time with paramont, our first time was great, this time they gave us the run around and the first salesman my daughter dealt with made several calls to her to intimidate her to buy, almost bullying. Go to another dealership, if Paramount is behind on their quotas great, if not they really don't want a new customer. We called Keffer Paramount and got a much better offer on the phone!!

Quick and easy

I walked in for information on my existing Kia, didn’t think I would qualify to trade or buy... I started talking to Michael Blackwood, he was great! No pressure to do anything. They were also really quick, I traded in my 2014 soul for a 2019 soul, on my lunch break... I highly recommend this dealership, will buy from them again in the future.

Once out the door they are through with you!

First Review I've ever written and I hate to but it's honestly the worst customer service I've ever encountered! Long story short I purchased a used Honda Insight and had driving issues from the start where the car jerks during take off. My vehicle began not starting as well which they did fix but said they won't pay for the original issue of the car jerking during take off. Also DVD players in the headrests don't work. I spoke with so many people and was promised call backs each time and not once did they call back.
