Once out the door they are through with you!

First Review I've ever written and I hate to but it's honestly the worst customer service I've ever encountered! Long story short I purchased a used Honda Insight and had driving issues from the start where the car jerks during take off. My vehicle began not starting as well which they did fix but said they won't pay for the original issue of the car jerking during take off. Also DVD players in the headrests don't work. I spoke with so many people and was promised call backs each time and not once did they call back.

Super accommodating and understanding. Highly recommend!

My experience was exceptional. I had been working with the Paramount in Asheville, NC and Justin was more than willing to get caught up on my experiences there and whatnot. The car I was interested in was cleaned and detailed before I arrived and I did not feel rushed at all through the test driving experience (something I often felt when test driving elsewhere.) I never once felt a sense of frustration from the team and they were able to walk me through the process, step by step. I would honestly recommend this dealership and felt that all the sales persons were communicative and kind. Thanks so much for helping me!

Great experience

Micheal was so helpful. He worked very hard to get us the deal we needed. Michael went above and beyond to make sure each part of our experience was perfect. I highly recommend the Kia place and Michael Blackwood.

Wonderful salesman

Our salesman was the best I ever had. He helped us get the perfect car at a great deal We didn’t have to sit and wait all day we were in and out of there with our car in just an couple of hours Most of the time you spend all day sitting at the dealership The salesman also took lots of time to explain all the Features on the car he was a top notch salesman I would recommend him to anybody

2013 Kia Soul

The people here are very friendly and respectful. You couldnt ask for any better. When i called in looking for a vehicle they guaranteed me they would get me imto a vehicle and Chris Gallegos did just that and it was within my budget.
