Very Pleased

Best price I found after shopping several Dealerships, price over $2,000 lower. Tim Whitener made the whole experience very pleasant. I am extremely pleased.

Wonderful experience

Our experience from our test drive to purchase was informative, no pushy salesman, nice personable staff, and overall very satisfying. Our salesman was Awesome and I love my new Kia Soul!!

Very Happy Kia Owner

I am so happy with my new-to-me Kia Sorento! The team at Paramount Kia did a wonderful job in helping me select a car that would fit my and my families needs. Overall, it was a very simple process and I appreciate the knowledge and care Tim Whitener gave us in this car buying experience. If I had to do it over again I wouldn't change anything! Tim and all the staff at Kia were friendly and helpful and definitely made this process easier than I could've imagined!

1st time Kia purchaser

Julian Rogers provided great customer service during our purchasing experience. If he was unsure of the answer to a question we asked, he let us know and then proceeded to find out the answer for us. The only downside to the experience is the time frame it took to get the paperwork together, speak with the one finance employee, and then wait for the vehicle to be ready for us to leave.

Since posting the original review (the night of purchase), we have discovered even though we were verbally told and confirmed by sales the radio is NOT blue tooth capable as we were told it was. The other is initially we were not asked/told if someone recommended us to visit KIA and we purchased that person would receive $100 referral, my the time we discovered this information we were already in the process of finalizing the purchase and sales person said they would check on getting the referral credit added. I contacted the next day and was told it couldn't be added so, NO referral credit for the person who had recommended us to visit KIA of Hickory. Both of these are very disappointing and taints the experience with the sales person, Julian Rogers, and KIA of Hickory as a whole.

Great service

I traveled there from Asheville, I was looking for a specific car. Ended up buying a different one because of the great price I got. Would travel again if I needed just to get the same great service. I don’t know how the service is in Asheville, but I was impressed here. :)
