Received wonderful service! Looking for a new car, and the sales person was very helpful and was able to locate the vehicle type, color and options that we preferred. Would definitely purchase another car from this dealership.

Great New Car Sales Experience. Went New Car shopping with 10 area Ford Dealers. All 10 Said the right things, 5 had friendly actions. Jay and Michele were the friendliest. Jay had the best price and was the easiest to get along with of the 5 that I continued to deal with in the closing stages of my bid comparisons. Michele helped during the deal settlement and handing over delivering of the vehicle. I gave them highest marks because they deserved and earned it.

When I went into the Dealership I had my mind set on two models. I explained just what I wanted and why I wanted these particular models. Michael listened and then offered me an opportunity to drive another model l,fell in love with the Edge and the next day I came back and bought it. Michael T. is a great salesperson. You are fortunate to have him on your team.

I went in for routine service, but also had a SYNC update to complete. I hadn't finished the download, and had ordered but not received my new navigation card. When I picked the car up from servicing, the SYNC download had been completed and a new navigation card installed! What a wonderful surprise. I was also offered assistance to pair my phone. thanks so much for the unexpected added service!

I had been looking for a Jeep Liberty and found the perfect one at Rob Sight. It was priced great - no haggling. I have a very busy schedule. (as everyone does) and had seriously put off buying a car because it takes so much time with the paperwork, etc., after you decide which one you want! Not here! Marc Sullivan had everything ready, I only had to miss two hours of work and I was rolling down the road in my new beautiful Jeep! Tony Wright was the funniest and most knowledgable person in the Finance department I have ever met! He had me laughing out loud! Gary Singer was great and Tony Wright was as well. Tony has a great sense of humor that lightens the stress in the finance office. Gary was very helpful with the entire transaction.

I found the vehicle that I wanted using AutoTrader.com but the price seemed to good to be true. (A used 2013 Ford Explorer LTD $5,000-6,000 under Kelly Blue Book Suggested Retail). I called Rob Sight Ford to make sure that such a vehicle actually existed and see if I could get a test ride. I got a response fairly quickly. Now I really hate car shopping - I had printed off a quote so that the dealer couldn't change the price on me - but after meeting Micheal Taylor my mind was put at ease. He was very friendly and easy to work with, assuring my wife and I that the price you see is the price you get (aside from a small fee) because their sales associates aren't paid on commission. The vehicle seemed perfectly fine both driving and in appearance, so we continually asked what was wrong with it. Michael showed us the Autocheck Report showing nothing wrong with it, provided us with proof that the vehicle warranties were still active, and we drove home with the vehicle that night. Working with their financing department was fairly easy as well. Rather than bring us a bunch of different options to choose from, we were able to custom design a plan with Tony Wright that worked for us in just about 10 minutes. Overall, we had a wonderful buying experience purchasing our vehicle at Rob Sight Ford. I would certainly recommend checking it out.

My husband and I had seen the 2013 Ford Fusion and were interested in looking to see if we could get into a newer car. I despise going to car dealerships because the majority of the time you are given empty promises and the entire experience seems to never end... Not at Rob Sight!! This was by far the easiest and fastest car buying experience we have ever had. There is no back and forth with pricing... They come to you with their best right away. Gary was very helpful, friendly and most importantly honest. I would highly recommend Rob Sight Ford and Gary to anyone looking to get into a Ford. And Tony made signing paperwork highly entertaining! This truly was a "family" atmosphere and they made us feel right at home! We could not be more happy with entire experience and we LOVE our car!!!!

I recently bought a 2013 Ford Focus from Gary Singer at Rob Sight Ford. This was the very best car buying experience I have ever had. Gary was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He listened to what I wanted in a new vehicle and found the car on their lot. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. Gary answered all my questions fully. The day I picked up the new car the dealership had it cleaned and ready to go with a full tank of gas. Tony Wright, in finance, was very easy to work with. He shows you exactly what you are getting for your money and there was no pressure to purchase anything extra if you were not interested, but he did leave the options open. I was introduced to the service department and they all seemed very friendly. They even set up my first oil change appointment on that day. I am impressed with this dealership and look forward to a long relationship with them. I would recommend Gary Singer and Rob Sight Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
