We actually brought our car in for service and ended up...

We actually brought our car in for service and ended up buying a new Ford Fusion. We've bought all our cars from Sight since we moved back to Kansas City almost 17 years ago and have always had outstanding service. Marc Sullivan is considered a friend. We were very impressed with Tony Wright. All of the sales, service and body shop people have been just fabulous over the years. We will never go any place else.

My husband and I bought a used truck from Mike Cox . He was very friendly and helpful on the purchase of my husband's truck. He was able to answer the questions that my husband asked, and if he didn't know the answer, he found out. Very professional! Poor Mike was not having such a good day, as his morning didn't start off too well. I believe that it was his niece that he was taking to her job, and then trying to get to his job on time for his FUN FILLED Saturday sales meeting, that he NEVER wants to miss! And low and behold he comes up over a hill, and oops, there's the COP! The gracious person that he is, he pulled right over, and graciously accepted his speeding ticket. What a guy! And then to continue to your job, have a smile on your face, and go out into the freezing cold to help customers, and try to make a buck! Job well done, my son! Our next stop was to go see the dreaded Finance Guy, Tony Wright! Oh, my word, what an adventure that was! I didn't want to leave, this guy is a crack-up! My husband and I have been married for 38 years(very long years, I might add!) and we have bought a LOT of vehicles, and we have never had a smoother transaction as this one. Besides being crazy, he really knows his stuff! It was his birthday, you know, and we told him Happy Birthday, of course, and he said, Well, I'm celebrating my birthday tonight; so I asked him when his birthday was, thinking it was either the day before, or the day after, but oh no, it's in April! And please, if you're single and you're looking for Mr. Right, this is the Mr. Wright for you! Get it, Tony Wright, MR. RIGHT! This guy is in the right business, because he is a wonderful People Person! Don't get me wrong, Mike Cox was wonderful, too, but this other guy; he's way out there! Best of luck to both of you young men, and I've already shared my experience with other people, job well done!

We had a pleasant experience working with Michael T in trying to find the perfect vehicle for our family!! He was patient and straightforward with us, at the same time he did the best to fight for us to get the best deal! Tony was an amazing finance guy who actually took the time to explain what we were getting for our money! Jeff, mgr of used cars, was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best!! We would absolutely return to buy another car as well as recommend this dealership to anyone!!

Dave was great. I came in with a funny noise type of...

Dave was great. I came in with a funny noise type of problem. The initial fix did not repair problem. Dave reversed the installed fix and determined actual problem. Gave me a free rental car due to the time to repair. Service was great, integrity was high, communication was excellent, and the noise is gone. Overall, a great place to do business.

My wife and I were treated in a friendly and helpful manner by everyone we met. I was introduced to the dealership through an online search for used cars. What convinced me to visit the dealership was talking to Jeff Gannon on the telephone. He was as helpful at the dealership as he was on the telephone. Tony explained our options clearly and was not pushy or aggressive during our conversations.

I bought a 2012 Focus and it only had 1 key. It cost me...

I bought a 2012 Focus and it only had 1 key. It cost me $294.00 to get a 2nd key. I feel like I should not have been charged any labor cost to get a 2nd key. I think Ford should have had some responibility in having a 2nd key for this car. The key was $158.00 and the rest was labor and some material. I was surprised when I was told how much it cost to get the key.
