No pressure easygoing worked a great deal with us Paperwork was ready car was very clean. Went over information didnt rush us out the door. The showroom was clean and comfortable.

After dealing with many many used car salesmen in our search for our perfect vehicle, I was frustrated. Many salesman couldn’t be bothered to call me back, or made me feel like I was doing them a favor by calling, but not Jeff Schleicher at Rob Sight Ford! He called me back immediately with honest and detailed answers to my many questions on the vehicles they had in stock. He then came in on his day off to accommodate our schedule. He allowed us to take the vehicle for a drive without him so that we could discuss openly whether this was the one. He then gave us a fair value on our trade in. We also like the “no dicker sticker” price policy at Rob Sight. No games or running back and forth to the manager to get the best price. Also, we mistakenly left our garage door opener in our old vehicle. Jeff immediately mailed it to us, along with a second tag holder. We were definitely very pleased with both Jeff and the dealership and recommend them highly!

Amazing!
It was amazing! We have bought several cars and for the most part, totally dread dealing with dealerships. We were totally surprized to find alex both not push and not in your face about what she thought we needed. She friendly and helpful. Great Customer Service
Been taking my cars here for years. My son’s 2003 Mustang needed a tuneup & breakjob. A few days later the breaks needed adjusted, car was taken in and they addressed the break issue to satisfaction. Two weeks later the car was misfiring due to a bad spark plug wires. When the estimated was given we were also told that they they would not have the wires until the next morning. We told them that we would pick the car up and do the work ourselves. We recieved a call back from Eric Davidson asking if we were doing the work ourselves because of a time crunch? I told Eric that on my son’s income the prior repairs had been a huge cost and to save money we would do the repairs ourselves. Erik said he had remembered the car being in, the prior repairs and thought that cost may had been the factor. Eric said that if we left the car they would take care of the spark plug wires and we would not be billed. Rob Sight Ford had no obligation to do this yet they did. Why? I believe they value their customers and are committed to providing excellent customer service.

Sensor problem
Fixed it They found out what the problem was and fixed it the same day I had no problems the price was great and the service was great and I will bring my car back there from any more service
