I couldn’t be more pleased with my sales prof Steve Hazelwonder, I wanted to finalize a purchase on a used car on the lot, but it was late in the day and I needed to get out of town for a family emergency, I told him I was going to my bank to get the loan, Steve offered to stay late, which he did, but when I got to the bank the loan officer had just left. Steve ended up coming in early the next day ,had the service department check out a request of mine, had the paperwork in order so I could get on the road to get out of town.. He was very honest, straightforward and understanding of my family emergency. Thank you Steve for a calming and caring car purchasing experience!

I have always, to an appointment, had excellent service each time I brought my car in for is semi-annual check-up or or any other needs. Craig Touchstone has delivered service that should make everyone proud and he represents Rob Sight Ford as Rob would want it to be at all times. If ever there was a small glitch or delay in parts delivery, etc. it was handled in a professional and personal manner. All others, to an individual, that I have had contact with at Rob Sight Ford, have provided top notch service and I have told many others about this and try to send you buyers whenever I am able.
