Great Customer Service!
The service team does a great job in working with customers and I believe them to be honest in their dealings with the public. In particular, Dave Bryant has been an outstanding service advisor and has assisted me in maintaining my "Classic" F-150 for nearly 10 years now. He is always responsive and goes out of his way to help me understand viable options and the associated costs. I definitely recommend RS for service and purchasing a new or resale vehicle. Great group of folks, cashiers are cool too!

They really made buying a vehicle simple.
It was very refreshing to work with Tank. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted. So he walked me out showed me what they had that was closest. They had good values on all their vehicles already, didn't have to negotiate. I knew what I was getting from the beginning. That is the way I like to buy vehicles. They also had great value for their extended warranty.

Tire repair
We had a tire blow out on the highway while heading to the lake for the weekend. We pulled off to. Firestone right off the highway and they couldn’t help us. I had my entire family in the car and they couldn’t make the time in our situation. We called Rob Site Ford which was about 6 or 8 miles away. Jesse helped us on the phone and was refeahionly helpful and professional. He remembered our call when we pullled up and got us right in. Super staff and dog friendly. Purchase of 2016 Ford Fusion
I would highly recommend this dealership. I used to work for a dealership and they could have taken a lesson or two. My salesman, Michael Taylor, took excellent care of me and my daughter. We were looking for a new vehicles for her to drive and he had taken so much time and patience to go over everything with her. Michael told us he would take care of us and he did 100%. When we left the dealership I shook his hand and told him we would definitely be back.

Excellent for Service
Rob Sight has the best service department we have ever used in nearly 40 years of driving Fords. This service visit I was out in 45 minutes for The Works on my Explorer. Staff is very courteous and I always appreciate the car wash. Excellent dealership!

Sales and Service are both top notch
I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I have been using their service department for 12 years and they are fantastic. They have no turnover which tells you their employees are treated right. I recently worked with both Keith and Rob and Sales and they made the process as easy as it has ever been. maintenance
I took my car in for regular maintenance. I had not scheduled appointment in advance. When i arrived, it was obviously busy. When I said I did not have appointment, and was planning on waiting. They asked if I needed the car that day by certain time, if so another day might be better as it would be a couple hours to complete, but if I didn’t need car, they would be happy to shuttle me home so I didn’t have to wait and I could get ride back when done if needed. I took shuttle home. Driver was clean cut and friendly. I went about my day and then returned to service department when car was ready. I was out of there in 5 minutes. There were no unexpected charges or pressure to upsell. Everyone was very professional and polite. Best experience i have ever had taking a car in for service. Perhaps I won’t dread this as much in future.
