My wife and I made the decision to trade her vehicle in for a certified Camry. We found one that we both liked online and headed out to the Legends Toyota in KCK. Bill Cantrell was our dealer and the guy was awesome, my wife and I were both sold on the first vehicle we had seen but Bill showed us another 2012 Camry, an Sportier model and my wife loved it, so kudos to Bill for that(We did end up buying the Sports Edition.) Great pricing, beautiful building, abundant selection. Bill wasn't 'pushy' or anything like that, however he was a WAY above average salesmen and really knew his stuff. Thank you Legends Toyota!

My overall experience with the service of Legends Toyota was awesome! Bill Cantrell pulled all the strings he could to make sure my family was happy. We live in Lee's Summit, MO, but was willing to drive the distance for a great deal. We stopped by Legends Toyota on our way to another Toyota dealership out in Lawrence, KS, to test drive one of the 2013 Sequoia Platinum that was priced really well. Unfortunately, Legend's Sequoia, turned out to be a color we didn't like, which the other dealership had exactly what we wanted. Bill seeing that we weren't satisfied with the color, made a few calls around and found the one we wanted before we decided to head over to the other dealership! He went out to pick up the car himself and delivered it to us. It was very busy that day and he still managed to provide exceptional service. We got the car we wanted and went to finance the car and Ricky in the finance department was awesome as well. He explained everything slowly with us and made sure we understood everything be signing. So, I would definitely do business again with Legends Toyota, Bill Cantrell, and the staff there. I would also recommend family and friends.

Exceptional service by Chris Hess and the finance...
Exceptional service by Chris Hess and the finance manager. We were at Hendrick Toyota who did not have the color we were looking for so we called four other Toyota dealers. Chris got back to us ASAP, we drove over and bought our Camry. We went back the following day for the navigation tutorial and Chris was with a client so Jake graciously assisted us with our training need son the nav. system. The finance mgr, Dean was not high pressure but kindly explained the features and benefitsof their packages which we bought. We will refer people to this dealer in the future.

I felt so comfortable with the staff at Legends. I felt no pressure,the whole proscess went so smoothly. I felt so comfortable that I not only bought a truck ,but my wife and I also bought very nicely priced used certified car the same day! I would greatly recommend Legends Toyota to anyone! If you want no pressure and a being treated like you are a valued customer then Legends Toyota is the place to do buisness! I have never went to a dealership that did not make you feel pressured to buy. Legends Toyota first askes what you are looking for and gives you many options. I have made a long-lasting relationship with this dealership all because of the excellent treatment they provided my wife and I.

We contacted the Dealership to purchase a newer/used car and was able to complete the entire transaction in just a few hours. The financing meeting took a little longer than expected, but was thorough and useful.

I hate interacting with car salespeople....sorry....but I do. However, these folks were AMAZING! Friendly, courteous, respectful of all my questions, very professional. Jeff Massey was actually enjoyable to work with, both on the phone and in person. I highly recommend him and the dealership!

Charlie and Lloyd work with you to get you what you want at the price you want to pay. Unbelievable!!! The are so laid back. This was not the usual sales experience. It felt like a couple of buddies having a night, (Day), out on the town. I was there 5 hours and didn't realize it. Not because they were slow, but because they were looking under every nook and cranny to find my special vehicle. It was like I was the only customer there although the show room was crowded. It also seemed the other customers were receiving the same level of service I received. They found the vehicle I might want 250 miles away and had it delivered, not knowing if I would like it or not. No commitment on my part, but it was the one and now I own it. GO TO LEGENDS!!! You will probably get the same experience as me, however, I am a little prejudice, SO, I suggest you ask for Charlie Rose. Don't let the stand-offish attitude fool you. That is just the way Charlie is, he is way too serious, until he gets to know ya. Then watch out!!! He is your best friend. The only negative I can see at Legends is they need to work on their detailing department. Not the best, just average, well let me rephrase that, a little below average, but the sale experience makes up for it. Once they get this detailing gig down, they are UNBEATABLE!!! Hey tell them I sent ya, William Fambrough. I bet you will get an even better deal. Enjoy.

First of all I don't give a "5 out of 5"...
First of all I don't give a "5 out of 5" rating unless it was perfect! Seemed to take a very long time, I'm not sure how long it is supposed to take to buy a car but we were there about 5 hours. I chose Legends because of the pricing I found on the internet. The cars I was looking at were sold but I was told that they would "match on a comparable offer" and they did. Brandon was awesome, friendly, professional, knowledgeable. He made an immediate connection to the customer, even offered some test drive alternate routes that might be more what I would be driving, rather than just the standard "highway test drive." The finance guy was pretty high-pressure. I did get part of the package, but by then I was so tired, had I not had someone with me I probably would have bought the hook-line-and sinker. Watch out for the service department, as is typical for a dealer, they will try to up-sell you on an oil change due to their "multi-point standard inspection," know what you went in there for and stick to it.

Ren caught us as we were going to leave after waiting in...
Ren caught us as we were going to leave after waiting in the customer waiting room for almost an hour. He was trying to get in the door as we were going out. He asked us if we had been helped and we said we would just come back tomorrow because our salesman was with other clients. He said he would help us and get us into the car we wanted to see. (even though it was closing time) He was very nice, polite, friendly and fast. He got us into the car we wanted and we bought it. He was super fast and knowledgable. It made for a good experience. Our financial guy was also fantastic....fast and knowledgable.
