The treatment I received when purchasing a car at Legends...

The treatment I received when purchasing a car at Legends from Jeffery Massey was excellent. I have purchased three cars from Performance and now Legends. Each time the sales staff and finance officers have been great. I have all my service done here also. I recommend this dealership highly.

Even though I paid cash for the vehicle, I had to go...

Even though I paid cash for the vehicle, I had to go through a lengthy credit process so my personal info could be used for marketing purposes. Also I was charged a $300. administration fee to gouge the customers because they aren't making enough money on a $30,000 vehicle. When you get ripped off it doesn't matter how nice they are.

MR. LaVan Clayton is a sales person who is committed personally and professionally to insuring the costomer is thoroughly satisified and competent that he received the best deal from a well qualified individual. His in-dept knowledge of the vehicle and how to get the purchaser focused on the vehicle heis interested in. His timely advice, attention to detail and technical knowledge of how to proceed in closing a deal served as a sound base for Legends Toyots. Mr. Clayton is a strong asset to Legends Toyota and should become a top salesman. My total experience with this dealership was positive....

My total experience with this dealership was positive. From the moment I walked in, and asked to take a specific car on a test drive, to the moment when I was handed the keys, I was treated professionally and courtiously. My sales rivers and it was nothing but exemplary. He answered all of my questions completely and thoroughly, and he never put me under any feelings of pressure. Even though my car is certified, I purchased complete maintenance package for small additional amount per month. Deuce, the service manager came out to meet me, and told me that he would do his best to keep me as a satisfied Toyota owner. And Rick, in finance, was so friendly and helpful. A true pleasure to deal with. I hope to have a life long, family-type experience with Legends Toyota.

The folks at Legends Toyota were extremely helpful and courteous during the search for a new car. This was the first time I purchased a vehicle and did not feel pressured or taken advantage of; Chris Riekins in particular went out of his way to make the experience a pleasant one! We were struggling a bit with the decision between two cars from different manufacturers and Chris was able to borrow a car from one of their other dealerships and had it on site when we took our test drive so we were able to really feel the differences between the two vehicles with virtually no wait in between! I cannot even begin to describe how incredibly helpful that was in making our decision. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Chris Riekins and Legends Toyota!

Horrible experience @ the Legends Toyota in K.C.K.

I just finished writing a very long review on my experience @ the Legends Toyota dealership on November 20,2012 but it "disappeared" and I don't have the energy or patience to rewrite it. Therefore, I will just say they made a repair of a bit over $100 WITHOUT MY APPROVAL, then went on to tell me that I had another MAJOR problem with the same window although this problem was with the "switch" that was going to go "out". WHEN they could not tell me but that it would cost just a bit under $500 when it did. I ended up buying a 2012 Toyota RAV4 at the Crown Toyota dealership in Lawrence, Kansas and had a WONDERFUL experience. I will have my new car serviced @ that dealership even though it is further than the Legends dealership because I do not trust the Legends dealership at all !!!!!

Without a doubt one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Everyone I met at the dealership was very nice but Mark Dixon would be the reason we would return.
