Sharrieff McIntosh offered great customer service. I had not purchased a new car in 13 years so had not been in a car dealership in a very long time. As much as I was dreading the experience Sharrieff made it very simple and painless. I leased a 2013 Toyota Venza. He spent quite a bit of time showing me how to use all of the new gadgets inside the car, setting up my blue tooth etc. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to work with me.

Javan was very patient and understanding while working with me. He considered my needs as well as my budget when helping me find a reliable and dependable vehicle of my choice. As a college student I was looking for a dependable car that would be able to get me through school. While I was a bit worried about having a car payment Javan assured me that he would do his best to make sure I did not exceed my budget. In doing as he promised I was able to drive off the lot in a brand new 2013 Toyota Corolla. Thanks Javan for all your hard work, I love my Corolla!

I had been searching for a deal on a new toyota camary...

I had been searching for a deal on a new toyota camary hybrid. I had emailed legends about my interest but had ended up making a deal with another KC area dealership after much haggling which I absolutely hate. Why not give me the best deal you can and move on. So just to make sure I was getting a good deal I ended up going to legends. I had exchanged emails with Charlie Ross but he had gone home for the day by the time I got to legends. I ended up talking with Chevis. I was in the dealership maybe 20 minutes with a better deal than I had gotten after 6 hours or so of dealing with the other dealership. All dealerships should take example of this from Lengends. My son had a similar experience with them around 6 months earlier as he purchased a new Prius from them as well. This is why Legends get all 5s in my book.

Purchased a 2006 Infinity.. Asked them if everything...

Purchased a 2006 Infinity.. Asked them if everything worked properly and if it needed brakes or rotors.. They said it was all good and needed nothing.. Found out That it needed relay switch for fan 297.00 .. Then Infinity said they told previous owners 5 months before they traded it in to Legends that it needed back brakes .. Very dishonest dealership. Tried talking to the GM but he hung up on me and then lied and told the receptionist to tell me he was with a client and had his do not disturb sign on his door .. They also over charged me about 1500 on the car and snuck in a 275.00 finance charge on me .. Watch out .. They are Professional Crooks ...

I would first like to apologize that you have poor feelings about your experience with us. I would however like you to know that I certainly didn't and would never hang up on you. After we became disconnected, I tried several times to call back, I also left a message for you. I stopped calling, because I assumed you were aggrivated with the result of our conversation. As we explained to you at the time we spoke, our store offers all of our customers an extended service policy. After reviewing your paperwork, we discovered that you had in fact purchased an extended service policy for your vehicle (which was a fantastic decision) at the time you purchased your vehicle. Unfortunately, you opted to cancel the extended coverage one day after purchasing the vehicle. Please understand, we try and take care of any reasonable needs that our customers may have within a reasonable time frame. The switch went out in your Infinity almost 8 months after you purchased the vehicle. While this is an unfortunate situation, this is the exact reason that we offer the extended service policy on every vehicle that we are able to. We feel like we have tried to be as fair as possible with you, however, we pride ourselves on our customer service and we are always looking for ways to improve. If you would like to visit about any other portion of your purchase, I would be happy to go over any detail of your purchase with you, in as much detail as you would like. Considering that this whole process took 8 weeks due to scheduling problems I would say that we had an excellent experience with no pressure and a very well informed staff. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation.

I worked with Chevis and Charlie on the first car I...

I worked with Chevis and Charlie on the first car I bought new in June 2012 Camry Hybrid XLE. They both did an excellent job. Bottom line they did what they said they were going to do and that's what counts with me. They also had the best price in town. My son was involved in an accident in the Camry five months later and the insurance company totaled it. My first call was to Charlie and Chevis for another new car which I bought from them a week ago. I would highly recommend them to anyone who likes a no hassle, pressure free buying experience. Thanks again guys.

I have been wanting a new car for some time now and I just loved my Corolla S and think that Toyota are great little cars to own. I just needed something more room and having a carseat in the back gets a little cramped for my long-legged passengers. I showed up to the Legends Toyota and Jake Willis the sales consultant was very quick to come out and help me find the perfect vehicle. I had looked at RAV4's online and I was leaning towards those and Jake was very friendly and helped me pick out the perfect RAV4 for my family. I walked out of Legends Toyota on Tuesday night the very proud owner of a 2012 Toyota RAV4!!
