My wife and I give everyone we dealt with at the dealership a (five star) rating. Our sales guy Kendall Kile was top notch and not pushy. Everyone from sales, manager and finance made our purchase a no brainer to do future business with these guys. We love the Toyota Highlander!

Kenny Thomas is an excellent dealer.
I bought a Tundra in 2013 from Kenny Thomas and was impressed by the helpfulness and professionalism of the sales and administrative staff. Having it serviced over the last 3 years at Kenny Thomas has been beyond expectations. The service dept. takes time to help you and make sure everything is running well (Truck never had a problem). Trading in my Tundra, with Kendall's help, was great--he is a "no pressure" salesperson, instead seeking to provide and find all the information you need to be an informed buyer, and making sure he is available to help you even when you leave the dealership. Thanks for a great buying experience. Unfortunately, I had to trade in my Tundra for a 3/4 ton Ram, but only because I needed a higher tow rating. I already miss my Tundra!

"Exceptional buying experience"
This was my first experience buying a new Toyota vehicle and I'm so happy I did. I love my new Tacoma truck!!!! I chose Olathe Toyota after reading the great reviews on this site. I wanted to share my experience for future customers trying to decide which dealership would be the best to go with. I can tell you that Olathe Toyota was great throughout the entire buying process. My salesman Kendall Kile was excellent and I would recommend him for you're sales consultant. He's friendly, kind, respectful, patient and courteous. He takes the time with his customers and he's not pushy like most salesman. I've purchased many vehicles in the past and I can honestly say that Kendall was the best salesman I've ever dealt with. "Not pushy and great servcie"
I went to Olathe Toyota looking to replace a car that was totaled from an accident. I first went 2/28/16 to look and Larry Morse was very nice, patient and laid back. I went back 3/2/16 and bought from him. I hate care shopping but he made it very easy and not stressful. I had visited another Toyota dealer and they were very aggressive and pushy.

Very Patient Great Service
Our sales consultant was very patient with us and available 24/7 to address questions and schedule times to meet to test drive different vehicles. On the day we were ready to buy the consultant actually came into the office on his day off to get the deal closed. This provided my wife and I time to enjoy a long weekend with our new car and avoid busy hours over the weekend. We highly recommend Olathe Toyota!

Look behind the window stickers for Chips in windshield
I just bought 2015 Tacoma they hid a chip behind the stickers on windshield after signing paper they detailed it. I called them withen hours of leaving lot. The sales manager Paul said to claim it on my auto insurance they wouldn't do anything for me. Guess that is what $30k gets ya?? They called today and sent someone to repair windshield To bad it took a bad review to do what should have been done in the first place

Great people and Excellent Customer Service
Kendall Kile is the type of car salesperson that you want to deal with. He is a former mechanic who knows cars, and takes a no pressure approach to helping you find the right car. I had leased a Toyota Prius C at Jim Norton Toyota in Oklahoma City and had a terrible high pressure experience with several dishonest salespeople who lied about most everything. Needless to say, I was a bit cautious and even considered not buying another Toyota. I selected Kendall based on his reviews on this website. Since I was terminating my lease early, there were some serious obstacles to getting the deal done. Kendall was calm and collected, provided all the information I asked for and was very easy to deal with. It looked as though the deal was not going to work financially and I was prepared to walk away. Kendall took that in stride, he did not up the pressure for me to make a deal I was not comfortable with. He told me to come back when I was ready and he would be happy to help me. As I was about to leave, the sales manager decided to review the numbers one more time. After a bit more back and forth, we were able to make a deal. Kendall guided me through financing and delivery and I went home in my new car. He also made sure that the return of my lease vehicle went smooth. I came back the next day to return my extra key and was warmly greeted by Kendall. We ended up chatting for about 45 minutes about a number of topics, we both love cars. Clearly he is a genuinely nice person who honestly tries to help his customers. I would recommend Kendall to anyone who is thinking about purchasing a new Toyota. I have purchased about 20 new cars in my lifetime and I can tell you that there are a lot of crappy dishonest salespeople, so great to reward the good ones! Other helpful people- Dawn Hofer- Delivery Coordinator, great lady, very friendly and helpful. Adam White-very nice young man in the service department, Robert Paredes- Delivery Coordinator, handled the turn in of my leased vehicle, very nice guy and very helpful,

New Camry
When my Ford Escape died I called my friend Kendall Kile at Olathe Toyota to see if he could help me find a car within my budget. I drove the 2016 Camry SE and loved it. Kendall worked with me without pressuring me. He is very knowledgeable and worked hard to get me in and out of the dealership in a very reasonable amount of time. Not only would I recommend them, but I'd even go back again to buy another car. Thanks to Kendall and the rest of the Olathe Toyota team!

Awesome Customer Service
I live in Lee's Summit but drove to Olathe Toyota on a recommendation to see Kendall Kile. Kendall was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He made a scary experience very comfortable and I never felt pressured. I bought a 2016 RAV4 Limited and I couldn't be more excited. Everyone was very friendly and felt like family. In addition, Andrew, the delivery coordinator was extremely helpful in explaining the features of the vehicle and taking time and attention that was needed to help me understand the technology. I would highly recommend Kendall and the Olathe Toyota team to anyone in the process of buying a new car because they completely changed my perceptions on a car buying experience. Thanks Kendall!!!
