I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. My daughter needed a new car right away. I was working out of town and could not get back to Kansas until the weekend. I was only going to have a few days to find a vehicle for her that we all agreed on, get the deal wrapped up and back on a flight that Monday to get back to work. I reached out to Olathe Toyota and got in contact with Kendall Kile. He spent the next few days sending me information on different vehicles that we may be interested in. Which, we are talking about a 19 year old girl and a mom trying to purchase the "perfect" car all by communicating through calls, texts, emails and the Olathe Toyota website. I am not sure how Kendall managed it, but he pulled it off fabulously. We walked in to the dealership the morning I flew in. The car was sitting out front, detailed and ready to go. The Paper work all completed and just needed our signatures. He made sure she was covered from front to back. I have never been more satisfied and in awe of how someone took care of something so important to us with such detail. I tell everyone now to go see Kendall at Olathe Toyota. You won't find any better!

We had come in to look at vehicles, and Kendall Kile was available and spent a lot of time helping us to understand the vehicles we were thinking of buying. Kendall was understanding, patient and attentive. He made the process from start to finish less stressful. We wound up buying 2 cars and everyone at the dealership were great.

Leroy stayed past close on a Sunday to get the lease deal we needed at the best price we found in town. Great personalized service and would recommend Leroy to anyone looking to purchase or lease. Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Thank you Leroy!

We traveled from St. Joseph, MO to check out a couple of cars and, at the last minute, decided to buy. Even though it was clearly WAY after hours, everyone stayed as long as it took to do the paperwork, old cars appraised and new cars prepared for us. It went so smoothly and we really appreciate the time and care they took with us (and our kids!). We had a great experience at Olathe Toyota!

My family and I traveled from St. Joseph, MO to check out a couple of cars one evening this past week and at the last minute decided to go ahead and purchase two cars! Even though it was CLEARLY after hours, the sales guys (especially Kendall Kile and Bob Tucker) really went above and beyond to do what was needed to get the paperwork in order, our old cars appraised and new cars prepared to take home! They really went the extra mile for us (including our kids!) It was a great car buying experience for us!!

Briefly i will explain my experience - it was a very good day. I had arrived in time to be the 1st potential buyer out of three buyers for a 2013 Toyota Tacoma and the salesman explained to me that being the 1st (which doesn't happen very often) I get 1st bid. After a test ride and coming to a agreement for the cost.... i bought it. He was very patient, and a car sales rep that i will give 5-stars too. I understand he is an employee of Olathe Toyota but i also felt like he was a straight arrow with me on the negotiation part. I would deal with him again and I recommend him. I also think the offer Olathe Toyota has for their new used vehicles, lifetime power-train warranty, is a big sale item. It's what got me to go look at the pickup in the 1st place. Called and scheduled oil change. Arrived a little early and was met by Deb Helms. Deb was very nice and down to earth. The waiting room is awesome and very clean. I even sat in the massage chair for a bit, but these guys are fast. Went over inspection with Deb and she pointed out a few items that would need attention in future. I came out to a washed clean truck which I was not expecting. This was the best customer experience I had in a long time. Thanks Chuck P

I really enjoyed working with Joji. He was low-key and very helpful. The information he gave me helped me make my decisions quickly and he worked to expedite the whole buying experience. I would recommend him to friends and family.
