I took my vehicle in for tire repair that was covered under warranty! Todd provided me with efficient and exceptional service. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs.

Ryan was fantastic to work with through the purchase
Ryan was fantastic to work with through the purchase process. I had specific Yukon features I wanted and he found one arriving at the dealership the following week. Worker through a few upgrades I wanted to make prior to taking it home and knocked those out with ease.

Service took longer than normal.
Service took longer than normal. After service was completed, it took 45 minutes for a porter to bring my truck around. When she did get there, she was rude and put out that she had to do that job. All my other service visits have been good. This one was by far the worse. I will come back for service again. However if this experience is similar, I will be looking for a new dealership.
