Extremely disappointing experience with Lee's Summit Honda. I purchased a 2024 Honda Accord on July 27, 2026 from Jack Fleming. As part of the sale, the dealership agreed to address paint chips, repair two scratched wheels, and fix a panel hanging down underneath the front of the vehicle. The wheel repair eventually went well through a third-party vendor, but everything else turned into a frustrating experience involving missed appointments, poor communication, conflicting explanations, and multiple trips back to the dealership. On August 5, I arrived for a scheduled appointment only to discover nobody knew why I was there and Jack had forgotten about the appointment. I was sent to another dealership location that was not expecting me, then returned to Honda where I reported a dashboard warning that read "System Update is not available, see your dealer." Jack told me a part needed to be ordered for the damaged panel under the car and said he would contact me to schedule the repair. He never did. After several unanswered messages, I finally contacted him again on August 11. The following day, he claimed the service department had been trying to call me. I had no missed calls and no voicemail messages. When I contacted service myself and spoke to Natalia Aldana-Navarro, she informed me there was actually no part ordered and no purchase order on file. I then spent approximately six hours at the dealership on August 12 while they worked on the vehicle. The most frustrating part was that what had originally been presented as a repair or replacement suddenly became a discussion about simply removing the damaged component. Sales Manager Nathan Ebbrecht ultimately stated that he had only agreed to remove the part, not replace it, despite prior conversations indicating otherwise. After hours of waiting and discussion, the dealership removed the part and suggested I could purchase the replacement myself. The next morning, August 13, the same system update warning immediately returned. Later that day, Amanda from the dealership called to ask about my experience. I returned her call and left a detailed description of everything that had happened. I was told the information would be passed to management and service. As of August 17, nobody had contacted me. I do want to recognize Natalia Aldana-Navarro for being friendly, professional, and genuinely trying to assist throughout the process. Unfortunately, the overall experience was marked by broken promises, poor follow-through, lack of communication, and a failure to resolve issues that were identified before the sale was completed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lee's Summit Honda.

Purchased a 2024 Honda Accord on 7/27/26 from Jack Fleming. What should have been a simple post-sale repair became weeks of frustration. A scheduled appointment was forgotten, I was sent to a location that wasn't expecting me, messages went unanswered, and I was told a part had been ordered when service later confirmed it hadn't. After spending 6 hours at the dealership on 8/12/26, Sales Manager Nathan Ebbrecht chose to remove the damaged part instead of repair or replace it. The system warning returned the next day and no one followed up.

I had my Accord in for an oil change and checkup. I was told my brakes were worn and should be replaced soon. They were able to replace my brakes and flush the brake fluid and still have my car ready for me to pickup on time. My service rep. , Jon was very helpful and did not try to push me to do the brake job or any other additional unnecessary service. Jon also talked me through the process of resetting my radio on my van which fixed an issue with that as well.

We bought two new Hondas at this dealership: 2004 Pilot and 2011 CRV. I have spent literally days of time over twenty years repeatedly going back to sales, marketing, service, the sales manager, dealership general manager and EVEN had a sit down meeting with the purported owner. EVERY instruction, request, demand to be taken OFF their marketing / sales / service lists has been met with promises of removal, yet even when (in real example) a service writer verifies that your account says DO NOT TEXT all over it, I get texted routine acknowledgement of taking my vehicle there for an oil change, 10 minutes after the writer said OK, we will not text. Then another with a survey after. My wife made the BIG MISTAKE going to these people to look at a new Pilot a few weeks ago. Nice young sales guy, but the same clueless, harassing dealership practices. She made them a legit cash offer on a new Pilot. They countered with an offer that was more than she was willing to pay. Three days later sales calls to once again offer the same price she turned down! A week after that, a saleshole calls AGAIN to offer the same lame deal she turned down TWICE! I explained that she had ALREADY purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer, and did NOT want further offers or contact. The overly friendly (fake) sales jerk said he would get us out of the system. I wasn't holding my breath, as they have a 20 year record with us of repeatedly continuing sales / service / survey harassment after every contact, and every promise to get us out of their system. This morning I got yet another email soliciting sales, even after the second saleshole called, was told we bought another new car, and said he would get us off their lists. These people do not give a **** about anyone, including loyal customers! They will NOT purge contact data, and continually violate their promises not to contact, recontact, email, call, text... EVERY repeated request, demand sumarrily dismissed by a dealership that will harass the living heck out of you to see if there is a loose nickel to shake out! I wish for these people that their family members, daughters, moms, etc., to receive the despicable, disrespectful harassment that have continued to deliver to our family, after literally decades of written, verbal and in person demands to stop! If you want to be harassed by sales and marketing, for the rest of your life, just do business here once...

They refuse to stand behind their warranty on the battery made by Honda. The battery was made in 2021 but refused to stand beside the 100-month warranty stamped on the battery because I did not have a receipt.

I purchased a new car here May 2025. The Sales Mgr Phil and Leslie were wonderful and fair. I have nothing but good things to say about purchasing a vehicle here - I love my new car, too!

Just had my Honda ridgeline in the shop for wheel alignment, oil/change and differential oil change they did a great job. Good communication on what was done and what will need to be done coming up.

Got a text first thing in the morning. But then didn’t get any communication until they wanted to discuss brakes. Found that frustrating. Otherwise they did what I needed and got two recalls taken care of. Will use them again.

I've read most of the one star reviews in this feed and am very surprised 😮. I posted several months ago regarding their service department who worked diligently to figure out a problem I inherited after purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from a different dealership. Lee's Summit Honda service dept was incredible in discovering what the problem was, but they didn't give up. It did take awhile but the Carfax I was provided by the dealer where I purchased it was completely flawed. It took LS Honda to run another Carfax report to determine previous damage that was never reported. I had done a lot of investigating up to that point (longer story) but it was Nick at LS Honda who discovered the Carfax reports didn't match. With all that said, because of their tenacity, I know their service dept and techs really do want to help their customers so I just purchased a new 2025 Honda CRV Sport Hybrid on Oct 19th 2024. Salesman Chuck, Sales Mgr Shawn, and Finance Mgr Tony were all great and I already know I'll be going back to the Service Dept for all my needs in the future. I'm extremely difficult to please and very surprised to hear of the difficulty these other folks has had, but Lee's Summit Honda and customer service folks are TOP NOTCH in my experience!
