Dillon is a great service member. Dillon is very busy. He is great at multi-tasking abs stu making every client feel welcome. He is very good at explaining all repairs and associated charges. He is a great communicator. He kept in touch the entire time my car was being repaired. After I picked the vehicle up and continues to hear the same noise he was very good at managing my expectations as they took my TL again to attempt to figure out why the noise could still be heard. He engaged in conversation about a used car we were buying for our daughter (first time driver) and suggested we have that vehicle checked over before buying it. We decided that was a good idea abs were pleased with the review that Jay Wolfe Acur did of the used car.

Over scheduled
I had a 1pm appt for a basic oil change. I didn’t get it back until 330. Nothing against the staff but why do they schedule 3,4,5 appts simultaneously? They need to plan better. I will be getting my oil changes done elsewhere.

Hour and half wait for an oil change is too long
I made my appointment for an oil change, I told them was going to wait with my car. When I arrived I was told it would take an hour and a half. I couldn’t wait that long so I ended up leaving. Jordan was very helpful.

Quick and Easy Service
