Service advisor explained everything clearly!

Convenient online scheduling, courteous and knowledgeable service advisor, car cleaned inside and out during this first scheduled service. Jordan took the time to explain what would be done and answered questions I had clearly and thoroughly!

best experience I have ever had,

Dusty went way above and beyond what he was supposed to do. I cannot thank him enough. I usually do not take the time to answer these but he was that good and helped me and my family immensely. I would love to personally thank him and will if I see him again. Best service I have ever had anywhere. Seriously I am not exaggerating at all. He should get promoted just based on what he did for us. He was that good. Thank you.

Great Service department and amenities while you wait but...

They have a great place and a great waiting room and the service reps are great! However, paying $500 for a key FOB, including programming, is unreasonable. Lesson learned for next time to check price between dealerships. Really liked Jack Wagner as the Service Rep!!

Danny Martin Is Awesome

I only came in to test drive the 2019 RDX with no intention of buying yesterday, but Danny Martin took me on a test drive. I was impressed that he already knew everything about the car and as much as I knew. He sold me on buying the car and he was great throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy an Acura.

1st wk bad alternator 2nd wk right front tirer

Outstanding service. Far superior to Hendrick Very very satisfied. Service associate is highly skilled in dealing with customers. Especially customers who had difficult questions to be answered

100K Maintenance - RDX

Have never historically had any issues with this shop since purchase of my RDX almost 5 yrs. ago. Service was for 100K miles, Wife picked up RDX and left service center - less than 1 mile away RDX overheated for the 1st time of ownership. Called Dealership and communicated issue. Service group brought out loaner for my wife, drove RDX back to dealership and resolved the issue later that evening. Received a call from the dealership (not my Service Rep.) to communicate that the RDX was fixed, Rep. on line could not communicate issue for car overheating. Issue noted was a loose hose clamp, The cooling system has been flushed during maintenance and the clamp missed/overlooked. Required additional trip back to Dealership to pick up RDX next day..

15,000 mile check up

Dillon was great.. Everything was fast and efficient. The service was done in record time. Danny Martin is the only person I'll buy or lease a car from.

Oil change June 5, 2018

Everyone is so friendly, service is good, and you couldn’t ask for more from a waiting area/lounge. It’s always a great experience.
