Very accommodating and friendly

I went in for a possible tail light assembly issue. The service representative (Jack) noticed I had a recall item that they could address for an additional 2 hours. Through their inspection they found I also needed an alignment which they were able to take care of also. Jack offered a loaner car early, but I chose to wait in the lounge where I could work on my computer. Jack kept me informed of the work they were doing and was able to get the tail light assembly replaced through my extended warranty. Due to a struggle replacing the recall part I ultimately decided to take the loaner car so I could take care of a couple of things I had planned for my day. The loaner car was an easy process and I was out of there in minutes. Same when I returned. I really enjoyed working with Jack. Thanks!

Oil change

Oil change , balancing tires ,tire rotation, multipoint inspection , everything was done in a one hour timeframe.i like the lounge area.it feels good.i would prefer this.

Body work was done quickly.

Those who work in the body shop were friendly and met our needs. Promised to have done in less than six days. Finished in four.

New Tires & Regular Maintenance

We talked with our service advisor Jordan Mehalic beforehand and he was able to provide pricing on Michelin tires that was competitive with other tire dealers and discount stores. Trust Jay Wolfe Acura's service so that was a win-win for both of us. Planned to leave the car overnight but Jordan was able to get us in and out in short order. Very pleased with overall experience and know the work was done correctly and if we ever have a problem, we know they stand behind their work.

Problem handled

Robert, found the problem with my tire and solved it. Good man to work with! The only problem I have is the selection of the TV channel in the lounge.

Oil change

Just wanted to say what a pleasure it is to be greeted by Dillon as I drop my car off for service. Waiting inside, I’m greeted by Kyle who always makes my day better with his smile and positive and engaging personality. He is a true asset to this dealership. Everyone is very kind and helpful but Kyle just has that happiness about him that you can’t help but catch on to. Great job by everyone 😊

Excellent dealership!

This dealership is the best one we’ve ever been to in our life. We are in our 70’s. The service department is awesome! The quality of the cars are superb, no other can beat it, We like the special attention we get when we are there, it makes us feel like we are important and not just another number, Dusty Hancock is our service advisor he is excellent! We are a two Acura family. I was the one Lynn who took my 2015 RDX car in for service. My husband Robert has a 2011 MDX. We love Acura!
