Jay Wolfe Acura makes buying a vehicle easy!!!

I purchased a vehicle from Norm Dean at Jay Wolfe Acura and the experience was a positive one!! Norm and all the other staff members were very friendly and customer service is definitely a top priority for this dealership!! Highly recommended!

Nice Staff, Long Wait.

Having only had the vehicle a few days, we're happy with it. We came in around 11:30am and were there until almost 4pm which is a long time to be at a dealership, especially with a 4 month old. The onsite restaurant/amenities made our stay more enjoyable. The staff was very courteous and professional and our salesman was not pushy, which was refreshing.

Professional, Friendly, Honest

Service Team is attentive, professional, friendly and honest. They explain the work that will be performed and will let you know what may be needed at your next visit. Waiting room is the best in KC as well as their staff in the waiting room. Great customer service.

Very helpful. Fixed all the problems

All issue were fixed quickly. Loaner car was awesome. Also helped with the car seat. Thank you. Service guys were nice and helpful from all aspects

Impromptu Stop

After leaving a doctor's appointment near Jay Wolfe Acura, I stopped by to schedule an oil change appointment. I was greeted by Jimmy, who pleasantly asked me about my family. I then went to the service department and told Jordon my indicator light was on, notifying me that it was time to schedule an oil change. Jordon asked me if I could wait 1 1/2 hr, they could change the oil, rotate the tires and wash the car, or I could schedule an appointment. I told him I could do my homework while they serviced the car. I was offered brunch/lunch by Kyle while I waited, and almost to the minute of the expected wait time, my car was ready! I have never had a negative experience with this dealership.

Too cool!

I keep coming back to this place, it’s so cool! Complimentary meal on every visit! This last go around I scheduled a lay minute oil change, which they informed me was complimentary as well from my FRS purchase. I got a meal, some lady advice from the bartender, and found my car twinkling clean after the oil change. Only complaint I had was no oil change sticker post work but that’s nothing. Love these guys!

Perfect visit

Excellent customer service. Excellent explanation and communication about the service actions! The staff was thorough and did not replace an expected part, determined a seal was leaking instead and replaced it to solve the problem! Well done!

Great customer service- the sales team made sure I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. They did a great job and it was a simple and seamless transaction. Great experience. I am a happy and satisfied customer!
