As always - Jay Wolfe Acura provided great service from the minute we arrived till we drove away. Our MDX looked great and continues to run like new! Major kuddos to Dusty Hancock. His knowledge and professionalism is by far the best! I would not want anyone else assisting us with our Acura MDX. Keep up the great work you all do! April 2018 B1 and Detail visit
I came in for a B1 service and a special on the full detailing (Day of Beauty) for my 2015 TLX. I saw the detail special on the service center web site and wanted to take advantage of my car in for service and get my car cleaned up after the winter season. The service rep, Jack Wagner, explained the B1 service and the detailing when I checked my car into Jay Wolfe. I also got a cup of coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. I really like the cafe and the friendly guys working there! Jack got me set up with a loaner for the rest of the day . He called me when my car was ready and i picked up my car with ease and done quickly too. My car was sparkling and looked like a brand new car. They even kept it in the service bay to keep it looking shiny and new until I arrived. It's very nice to have an efficient, clean, reasonable, trustworthy and friendly place to get my car serviced. I will continue to use Jay Wolfe's service center, even though the other Acura dealer service center is closer to my office. Thank you!

First service experience
Our service experience was very good. This was our first time bringing our RDX in for an oil change. Our service package provided us with complimentary oil change and tire rotation. Our service advisor Robert recommended that we go ahead and have a wheel balance performed which was reasonably priced. I asked about the noise that we were noticing with braking and Robert checked and discovered that they could replace the pads due to an Acura notification. I had asked James, the sales manager, a question about our rubber floor mats because we had discovered a hole in the driver's side mat shortly after we had purchased this Certified vehicle over a year ago....We had not had any reason to visit service in our year of ownership, but even after a year, not only did they replace the driver's side, but they went ahead and provided us with a new set. Very impressive all the way around. We love it when any service exceeds expectations. Thankyou.

Great service
I have been a customer of Jay Wolf Acura since 2006. I can say that each time I have had a service appt the work performed has been done well. The service technicians always reviews the work that was completed and provides counseltation on any recommended future work that maybe necessary on the car.

he was excellent explaining every facet of service and price.. He was very courteous and very prompt. I waited for service and he got me a loner car for an appointment and he went over what was necessary to drive the new car.

Painless and Quick
Spending money on a new car today can be less enjoyable than it should be given the prices of quality vehicles. These folks made it painless and quick. Once I selected the vehicle I wanted, it moved quick, low pressure, and stress free.

I came to this dealship with hopes to find a used TSX! The entire staff that I worked with was extremely friendly, considerate, and went beyond my expectations. The car I purchased had everything I wanted and more. Low miles, great price, and all the options I could dream of!
