Oil Change and multi point check

I made the appointment on line for an oil change and multi point inspection. I was greeted promptly at the service center by Jordon Mehalic. Jordon pointed out that one of my headlights was out. I requested a lift to work that morning and was promptly taken to work. Jordon then called me to advise that MDX was ready to pick up and no major issues to report. I picked up my vehicle during my lunch break, had a fabulous lunch at the lounge and drove my newly washed MDX back to work. Jordon is a true asset to your Jay Wolfe Acura team. I thank him and all for your excellent customer service.

Acura RDX

We bought a 2015

Very nice experience

Service specialist greeted me and provided a good review of the service and recommendations. Customer waiting area is nicely maintained and provided quality food and environment. Service has completed within time span and felt the difference before and after service. Over all a great experience

Good experience,

Great service visit. The young man went over everything that needed done and it was completed in a timely fashion. We had a nice visit with Jimmy Carpenter our salesman from 4 years ago.

Great Service

I did not remember to bring a coupon with me that I received in the mail. My service manager was able to honor the coupon anyway which really helped on the cost of the timing belt replacement. Repairs and service are always high quality and timely.

Service Appointment

I had my first oil change at JayWolfe. The service personnel was friendly and professional. I also had a delicious sandwich and drink made by yet another friendly, kind man. They changed my oil and rotated my tires. Top notch Service! My husband has a Lexus and I often take his car in for oil changes. Lexus needs to take some notes from the Acura dealership!
