Car needed A1 completed

Overall my visit was great they dropped me off at work and picked me back up. Once I spoke to my adviser (which was really GREAT) I got in my car and left I got a block away and my check tire pressure light came on... well with the A1 service that is rotating my tires so this shouldn't have happened so I turned around and pulled back in my service adviser was really great got me taken care of and on my way in less than 30 mins.

Wonderful Service

Everything was very smooth. Offered me a car to go back to work until repairs were finished. Great staff. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Amazing experience!

I recently bought two cars with Superior Hendrick Acura, I decided for the third car that I would shop a different price. Not only was I satisfied, I fell in love with Jay Wolfe Acura. Jon Stout was my car salesman. Not only was he a very genuine person, he didn't push me at all. He was very patient with me, and he basically made my experience the easiest I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Jay Wolfe Acura is a further drive for me, but it definitely is worth the mileage because they treat you like family. I was very impressed with the finance manager also. Jeff was amazing. Smooth and easy going experience with the stressful part. I felt very comforted by Jeff because he was experienced and well knowledged. He made me feel very comfortable with my experience during the financial part because of his history and of his goals with Acura. Huge fan! Go Royals! Jon though, he was somebody that reminded me of a college friend. Gave great advice, encourage me, and worked hard for your best satisfaction. A lot of times with car salesman, they don't remind you of one of your college friends. I've done a lot of sleazeballs in my life, but Jon was definitely a very professional and encouraging individual. I feel very comfortable purchasing a $31,000 car with Jon and the Jay Wolf family. If he wasn't married, I'd introduce him to a sister of mine. That type of respect. ?????+

Easy,convenient and comfortable

I love getting my car serviced here. They make you breakfast and coffee and I just sit and relax and catch up on my work emails while I wait.

Service

This was one of the best experiences I've had with having to take in my car for service. Dusty Hancock, the employee who helped me, was not only extremely accommodating, but he went above and beyond to cater to my car's needs. He was polite, helpful, pleasant, and very easy to work with. I will definitely request him next time I have to take my car in for service.

Very nice individuals

Easy going. Really nice people to work with, it went from a simple email on a car, down to a 3 hour car ride.. was a pleasent experience. Car was actually better in person than what the listing showed.. 👌👌

Very pleasant

We had an older Acura that we had been taking to Jay Wolf for years and when we decided to finally buy another went to Other dealers and ended up at Jay Wolf. By far the best experience of them all. Friendly,efficient and really took care of us. Highly recommend
