My sales rep. was outstanding, not pushy, just very helpful, and had great knowledge of the inventory offered at your dealership. I went to the K.C.Auto show Friday night, just to LOOK, by noon Saturday I was the owner of a perfect fit car for my needs. Saved $20.00 with a very nice lunch by two wonderful ladies working the food service dept. Now entered the FINANCE mgrs. office to close the deal,should have left my wife at home,$1277.00 dollars later with a nice extended warranty I drove of the lot with my new car. All said and done the people you employee ALL did there jobs well. Yes I have a smile on my face when I arrived home... still smiling today too. Thanks to ALL your employees JOB WELL DONE. Rich Culp

Repair windshield wipers
Alejandro was our service technician and he was excellent. Knowledgeable and patient. We enjoyed working with him and appreciated the fact that he took the time to answer all of our questions.

Great as Usual
Went in for a routine oil change, had it done in a hour, great service. Recommended other services but was not pushy, which was nice.

We came back for a second lease
Both experiences we had at Jay Wolfe with setting up our lease were great. Everyone we worked with including the sales people, the manager to the finance person were very friendly and knowledgeable about their cars. I would recommend Acura to anyone and specifically this KC acura dealership as the others do not stand up to the experience here.

Service Wait
When I scheduled my appointment I informed the representative that I will work with any service advisor do not assign me one. I was on time for my appointment (11:00am) there were service advisors walking around and no one would wait on me. The Concierge Manager found a Service Advisor to help me. The scheduler had me working with Dustin Hancock which I did not request, so I guess that is why I just sat there because I don't think Dustin was working on 2-28-2018. which really is not excuse.

Great experience
Courteous, respectful, helpful, fun. The salesmen (I worked with 3) were all gentlemen. They were knowledgeable, well informed and were clear and helpful in communicating with me. They were also respectful of our needs and wishes.

Have always had a positive experience from day 1 in the service department. I like the fact that I am not critisized even when I have rceived service to my vehicle outside of the delership. They just say, "welcome back"
