Attendant I worked with, Jordan, was very, very good. Very courteous and helpful. Lounge makes waiting for service very pleasant. Will be back for next service.

Quick and thorough service

I was able to schedule my preventive maintenance appointment very quickly, getting a next-day appointment at a good time. I was also able to arrange a loaner vehicle for the day. Dusty was very informative regarding the maintenance minder codes my car was displaying, letting me know what each involved and what the charges would be. Afterward he explained all the ratings on the multi-point inspection and provided reference values for when additional maintenance would be needed, which was very helpful.

Josh and service manager we’re great.

Josh and the service manager worked with me to find the best solution for the trouble I was having. Scheduling got me in pretty quickly too and provided a loaner car so my daily life was mostly uninterrupted. For these reasons I will definitely return to Jay Wolfe service for my Acura.

Great Experience!

It was really nice experience in Jay Wolf though I have been to many dealers in search of car. Norm was very pleasant with us and explained everything in very good manner. I would recommend Norm Dean and Jay Wolf to friends. Thanks!

Friendly employees, courteous and helpful. Kept me updated on the progress of my car. Jordan offered me his card to call for him to set up my next appointment and/or ask questions

A wonderful experience at Jay Wolfe Acura!

From the start of my recent service visit to it's completion, I was taken care of with prompt attention and explanations at every step of the process. Jordan explained my services due and let me know the duration and costs. He promptly called me when the work was completed (which was done well within his time estimate) and had me quickly on my way, processing my payment right at his desk. Jay Wolfe is where I will continue to get all of the service done on my vehicle.

Great experience

Overall great experience working with Chris and Jimmy who eventually sold me a 2018 Acura TLX. They did a great job of getting me into the car I wanted at a price that made sense for all parties.
