Oil change -service reminder
The service was fast and courteous.The ability to get a cup of good coffee, and maybe something to eat is also very nice. The sitting area for waiting is outstanding.

TL oil consumption/new TLX replacement for the TL
My 2012 TL had an oil consumption issue that Acura didn't think was bad enough to fix under warranty. I didn't plan on buying another Acura because of the lack of response to the oil consumption issue, but Jimmy and Trevor worked out a deal to keep me as an Acura customer. I'm still very disappointed in Acura's failure to acknowledge the oil consumption problem, but happy with the effort Jimmy and Trevor put out to find a solution.

Amazing service
Dropped my car off after hours with a bad battery. I had called over and talked to Dillon Rath about my issue and trying to figure out logistics of dealing with the battery issue before they closed. To my surprise, Dillon called at 7:15 AM the next morning to check to see if everything was ok. He was calling to check in, he didn't even know that the car was there, but he wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. I was extremely impressed. It's nice to feel like you have someone in your corner at the dealership, making sure things were good with the car. Overall, service was fine, no issues whatsoever, but Dillon going above and beyond was awesome.
