Very nice over all experience.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Answered all my questions. No pressure sales. Beautiful, clean show room. Willing to work with me when I made a big mistake.

Great service and very responsive technitions

Was responsive to our needs and took great care of our MDX. The show room was sparkling and the café folks were very efficient. Will continue with Jay Wolf.

Friendly staff

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions thoroughly. They did not make me feel rushed or pressured to purchase a car in any way. Would recommend this dealership to others.

Always great service

Customer service is always consistently great. I never have to wait when I arrive. The lounge is upscale and comfortable, and the help is incredibly friendly. The service manager keeps me informed while I wait.

Above and Beyond!

As the title says, everyone that I have interacted with has done just that, gone above and beyond! It is apparent that they care for their customers and it shows! This is second vehicle I have purchased from Jay Wolfe Acura and they will continue to earn my business going forward.

ALWAYS a great experience!

Jordon is amazing & very accomodating & professional & knowledgeable! My original salesman, Jimmy, remembered my name! The place is awesome & I wish I had time to stay & grab lunch from the VERY friendly staff in the bistro area! Thank you all! B16 service for my MDX

Dusty was friendly, prompt and very knowledgeable. Everything he said (price, timing, work to be completed, etc) was accurate. I would definitely recommend Dusty for anyone getting their car serviced here.

Great Experience

Was able to schedule routine maintenance easily with Dusty. I was provided a loaner car since the maintenance was going to take longer than I could wait. Dusty called with options on a couple of other issues I was having with the car. I am grateful that he takes the time to fully explain what is wrong and answers my many questions! I will continue to take my car to Jay Wolfe for service as long as Dusty is there.

Good service experience with one minor point

This was a second attempt to resolve a cold weather navigation system problem that could not be replicated. A software update was applied. We are monitoring the fix. A loaner was provided for 2 days. Minor point - on each occasion that this car was in for service the documentation indicated that the car was washed and vacuumed. The car was neither washed nor vacuumed on either visit.

Jay Wolfe Acura took care of me. I was ready to trade in my 2007 MDX that I purchased from them for a newer MDX or RDX. I went to Hendricks Acura first though. They tried to make me a deal, failed. Called me back the next day saying that they can make a deal for me, NOT. Drove over to Jay Wolfe, they gave me what I wanted, with a fair deal. I believe Hendricks failed because they were trying to put me in something that I didn’t ask for. Jay Wolfe puts your needs first. Super nice, professional staff, as for me and my house..... we will deal with Jay Wolfe exclusively now.
