ordered vehicle was glad process didn't take to long

great experience salesman was great ! I was surprised that I had to notify the sales staff that my truck was on there lot.. but I guess the original salesman I ordered with was no longer employed there.

Great service

Staff was great to work with. Also received a call from Lindsay checking if everything in my new Explorer is working for me. Lindsay contacted Frankie for questions I had. Frankie called me back to assist. Great customer service.

helpful and committed took out the stress

Everyone that I came in contact with was cheerful, helpful, and courteous. All were available to answer questions and make recommendations over the phone. would recomend

Worst ever

Purchased my last 3 new cars here, so why not....2 1/2 hours wasted. Did not have the vehicle we wanted and showed no interest in getting it. Kept wanting to sell something off the lot. Ask about an appraisal on my trade 3 times and kept getting the run around until we made a choice. Salesman actually left twice to see other customers. Got up and left, spent my 46k at a different ford dealer the next day. I live 2 miles from this dealer, but I will never set foot on the lot again.

Quick Lane

Very friendly and respectful. Did a great job! They greeted me using my name and explained everything they were doing. Snacks and water were available while I waited.

Sam Dorsey and the rest of your staff make buying a car almost painless. Friendly, no pressure, tell him what you want and he'll find it. He'll also tell you how to save money, advantages over disadvantages, and never pressures you or tries to sell you more. Awesome!

I went back, said I would not, but I must say....much much improved, so please check my latest review....for what it's worth, Alex Moore with Gary Crosley tried to make it right last time, but that bridge had been burnt. As a local person, glad to see they weeded out the bad salesmen....100% tuen around from last time

This was the second car that I bought from Crossely and Gene

I trust Gary Crossely Ford and my salesman Gene. I feel like I am getting a fair and straight forward deal. I also feel that everyone that works at the dealership will do the right thing on behalf of the customer.

Awesome.

everyone was awesome. In used to buying used cars with cash, so this was my first financing experience, and everyone was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and walked me through everything so there were no unanswered questions. I love my new car. Thanks so much guys!!
