The quick lane service is always good. Have never had an issue with them. It's the body shop I'll never use again after two bad experiences.

they know what the problem is if there is one, very friendly, treat you like family. don't leave you standing they greed you as soon as they see you pull in. answer all the questions that you have and if they don't have what they have on the lot they can find it.

Got the Works package, plus discussion on some larger service item projects for the near future. Staff is always helpful and informative. They help prioritize, and are very good on discussing the problems.

Horrible attitude and approach of the salesman, overly emotional, quick to appear angry, was not above name calling. Keep an eye on your negotiated price, when I pointed out damage on the car the would need to be fixed the price went up, also know ahead of your agreement which side of your offer the doc fees are being applied to. I made my offer including the $199 charge, they tacked it on in addition to my offer. Several items listed in a "we owe" form that I have been unable to get completed, now saying they can't do them. Don't expect the car to be detailed prior to delivery either. The way it looks when you test drive it, inside and out, is what you are going to get when you pick it up. Never again. Amazed to see my salesman's name on these pages with a positive review, interesting they are all from male buyers. Maybe that was the issue...

Fast service on a recall. Friendly people on the phone also. Looks like a fun place to work. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Too bad the survey company that you contract with is not mobile friendly. It's not accepting my answers.
