Shotty work by shop
My family has bought multiple cars from Cable Dahmer over the years. They have always done repairs and maintenance to all of our vehicles. Over the last 2 years, this place has went way down hill. took my truck in for a oil change about 3 months ago, I was told there was a factory recall on the power steering. I dropped my truck off in the morning and was told it would not be done until the next day. The next day I picked the truck up and was told the battery was week and needed replaced. I told them I would do it myself instead of paying $250. picked the truck up, stopped to get gas and truck would not start, would not take a jump. I switched 2 relays around and it started. tried calling no one would return my calls while broke down. got a call back the next day from the manager saying not there fault. Fast forward to yesterday. decided to take my truck to another dealership for an oil change, found out that the recall on power steering was NEVER updated. Cable had my truck for 2 days, did not do work they said they did. I really wonder if they ever even changed my oil. very bad buisness

APPOINTMENTS ARE POINTLESS! DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME!
APPOINTMENTS MEAN NOTHING. Terrible Customer service. Made an appointment to buy a truck before closing time. Made the appointment for the next day at 9:30 AM. Drove 45 minutes, just for them to tell me that they sold the Truck I had made the appointment FOR. not only did I waist my time and gas, but I learned that they DON'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE OR APPOINTMENTS, just money.

Average wait time for a busy hour. The waiting room was comfortable, would be nice to have some bottled water for customers while they wait.
