Scheduled Monday to bring in my equinox to have a water pump replaced. I.was told that the part was in stock and it would be done by 3 o’clock that day. It is now Wednesday at 1:45 PM and my car is still not ready. My Two-year-old is in the NICU at the hospital and I have no vehicle. The Service representative won’t return phone calls, answer calls when paged and takes the longest lunch break I’ve ever seen. No offer of any kind solutions or accommodations. Just excuses. When I called and complained they told me if it wasn’t done Tuesday they would give me a loaner. Really? How am I supposed to get it? Tried to pay in advance and couldn’t get the service rep to do it. Just more excuses when I could get him on the phone. Worst service I have ever experienced. On top of all this I had to pay $300.00 to be treated this way. Don’t waste your time, there are better places to take your car to.

An SUV was advertised for $14,500 so we wasted a day of vacation to look at the SUV. We offered $12,500 and they came back with $16,500. When we offered to buy it at $14,500 they WOULDN'T SELL IT TO US and wanted to charge us $2K in extra "fees". I wouldn't waste your time- it's a bait and switch operation. We will be reporting them for illegal advertising. No one else should have to waste a day dealing with these people.

Salesman’s says you should go to another dealer. Didn’t feel concerned for losing business.

Ashley and Adrian were great. The repairs that were made were beyond expectations. When we got the car back we denied it was the car before because of how good of a job they did. We greatly appreciated everyone for making the car look better than before!!

first off id never seen a dealership with so many cars to choose from like cable dahmer did . They ended up going to another cable dahmer store to pick up the car I ended up purchasing !

This place was great all the employees are very friendly and the prices were incredible they explained everything that was going on the whole time and Marie was incredible
