Don’t bother making an appointment. They will pick up your car a hour late with no communication. I reached out to my Technician Jonah at 2 pm. No response. Called at 3:45 pm and talked to Leah and Reid. Neither one could actually get a tech to pick up the phone. I got hung up on twice during all of this. I did not get a response from a tech until 5 pm. Only because I kept calling as they close at 6 pm. Still never heard from Jonah once all day after the initial check in automated text. Alex and Miguel were unprofessional and rude. They never even touched my car but at 5 pm (for my 8 am appointment) my car was going next on the lift. Wouldn’t be done with the recalls until the next day. Why make an appointment. Your poor planning and communication in the service department needs tremendous work.

Thanks for sharing about your experience with Blue Springs Ford. We appreciate your business and hope to see you again soon!
We purchased a 2025 Ford Maverick with 750 miles which is essentially new. Our salesman was Q. He was awesome. He took good care of Bill and I (we are a silver aged couple.) He accomplished everything he promised he would do for us!! If you want a new vehicle, please don't hesitate. Ask for Q, he does everything he promises. A top notched salesman!!

Sales was great. My issue was after the sale. I had my fees rolled into my purchase. After more than 10 trips up there to pick up a check so Icould register my vehicle and getting nothing but excuses, I got the check but still had penalties when licensing. They told they would take care of it but not wasting my time waiting on them again. Next issue was a check they were going to send due to not being able to collect my Ford pass points. Stopped by last week and again was met with excuses. Should have bought somewhere else.

I scheduled an appointment at 7:45 am on Thursday, 1/8/26, for an oil change. I arrived 15 minutes early. The service area is referred to as Quick Lube. At 10:10am it was completed. An oil change that takes 2 1/2 hours is far from Quick Lube. I requested To speak to the service manager, Sam. The service agent came out to talk to me instead. I had already shared my disappointment with the sevice agent. I guess the service manager was too busy to talk or just decided to ignore by request. I will not be back.

service department has issues. had my car focus in for an issue with the transmissions and after a costly diagnostic bill they said it needed replaced OK. they assign you to a service agent, but the service agent knows very little on the technical side and is almost impossible to get ahold of. Now you call the service manager multiple times, and he never tries to get back with you. now they finally give you a quote after many weeks and its crazy high, so you have the vehicle towed to a different shop. they then tell you they quoted the wrong price and drop 1/3 of the quoted price off after another week. I have tried to use them multiple times, and they keep getting worse so bad on me thinking they would get better. I would definitely look for a different dealer to do work for you.

Amazing car buying experience. Ask for Stuart. I can't recommend him highly enough. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Stuart is the salesman you want for your next car.

This is solely for the service department. I am trying not to generalize about everyone there, but a specific representative in this instance. I've dealt with him twice now, and the first time, he was extremely neglectful, lazy, and had my truck for a MONTH for a few repairs that ultimately took a couple days in the end. Excuse after excuse, missed call after missed call. He just didn't seem to care whatsoever. The next time, after the repairs were done incorrectly during the month they had my vehicle, he was dismissive and honestly screwed me over on the price of everything. They USED to bundle the diagnostic fee in with the cost of the repair, but he didn't do that. I had to pay $150 on top of the already ridiculous cost to repair something that I specifically told them was faulty and was supposed to be taken care of the first time around. He even said it would be taken care of, but he didn't have the technician do it. The only diagnosis they did the 2nd time around was to look exactly in the place I told them there was a problem, and then say "duhhh yeah duhhh he's right. Charge him a hundred-fifty bucks duhhhh". A very long, complicated story-short, I am never giving this dealership another dime of money. Multiple vehicles bought from them for many years now by multiple members of my family. Never again. The Blue Springs Ford service department is awful. And I don't mean the technicians. There are some good guys working back there. I've known one personally for 30 years now.

If I could give this dealer negative stars, I would. This review is dtd May 9, 2025. On this day, the Service Department at Blue Springs Ford refused to honor the warranty we bought from Ford and left my wife and our handicapped daughter in our car with the transmission going out. They further lied about me and refused to return my calls. Their actions are vicious, cowardly, immoral, cruel and cowardly in the extreme. As a 100 percent disabled veteran, I call on all my fellow Marines...all my fellow veterans...to boycott Blue Springs Ford. As a Ford owner for some forty years...I have NEVER been treated like this by anyone at Ford and I call on EVERYONE to boycott Blue Springs Ford. Our 2019 Ford Explorer is starting to have transmission issues, so we brought it in for service. We paid cash for this car when we bought it new and I paid an additional $2,500 for the Platinum Warranty because our daughter was born with the most severe form of Spina Bifida...a fully exposed spinal cord...so we need a reliable vehicle big enough for her wheelchair with a good warranty for frequent emergency trips to the hospital. The warranty was set to expire in July, 2025, so we brought it in to check out the transmission and go over the whole car before the warranty expired. We spoke with "Will" who said he didn't have any rental cars available for us. I told him we would need to reschedule then because we have a handicapped child and really cannot be without a car because we make frequent emergency trips to the hospital. He agreed and rescheduled us for today, May 9th, 2025. My wife showed up with the car and someone named "Jonah" called me and angrily told me that they charged $200 per hour for warranty work and that if the warranty didn't cover their full hourly rate, that I would be responsible for the difference. I asked him, "Well, have you contacted the warranty folks and asked them how much they will cover?" He kept yelling at me that if the warranty didn't cover their full hourly rate, that I would be responsible for the difference. I kept responding that I had no idea what it would cost. I am not a service writer, or a service manager so how would I know how much it's going to cost? And how would I know how much the warranty is going to cover? Eventually, he just hung up on me. I tried calling back and no one would answer. In the meantime, back at the dealership, the Service Manager "Sam Bell" walked out and told my wife that they didn't want our business. My wife asked him why and he lied to her by saying that I had been argumentative with Jonah and that if we weren't going to pay the $200 per hour rate up front for the work, then they weren't interested in our business. My wife informed him that no one from Ford had informed us that we would have to pay $200 per hour up front for warranty work when we bought the warranty. That defeats the whole purpose of spending $2,500 on a platinum warranty. These people should all be fired. What they did to us was criminal. I recommend everyone read this review (and the many others like it) and take your business elsewhere. I will conclude by providing the list of my Fords that I will now NEVER be taking into Blue Springs Ford if I need service. 64 Ford Galaxy 500, 67 Ford Fairlane 500, 72 F250, 73 F250 4x4, 96 F250 4x4 7.3 Powerstroke, 2010 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor and 2019 Ford Explorer.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would! Taken issues/vehicle (2019 Ecospor)t to them 3 times-1 to get a complete new engine and every time it goes back no less than an hour later, not fixed, not to mention there are NEVER loaner cars available.
