Joe went above and beyond for me when I purchased an Alfa

Joe went above and beyond for me when I purchased an Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Aristocrat Motors recently. From our first meeting until I drove away the purchasing experience could not have been better, especially for some trying to find a certain deal. I’d also like to give 5 stars to who ever came up with the showroom play list.

I called the Alfa Romeo service center to schedule an oil

I called the Alfa Romeo service center to schedule an oil change and new tires for my 2016 Guila. I asked for a quote on tires, they said that someone would call me back that day, three days later I had to call them back for the quote. I scheduled the appointment for over lunch which they said would not be a problem and I told them that I would be waiting there while they did the work. I got there and my service advisor was out to lunch and I was told that all of the techs were at lunch as well. I was told that the service would take 3 hours which is longer than they originally told me. After 4 hours they sent me a picture of my car via text with the wheels off and an invoice suggesting a new air filter but did not include the oil change. I asked them about the oil change and they said they didn't include it on the service ticket but they would add it now. After 5 hours of sitting at the dealership I asked when I might be done and they said my car was getting done right now and then 30 mins later it was pulled around. The service advisor that took my money said he had no idea why it took so long. I wasted a whole day of work waiting in the service center for an oil change and tires. I could have gotten the same service in half the time for less money somewhere else but I wanted to trust the dealership's service center. I will not be going back for service there unless I have no other options.

Explained everything you'd expect out of a traditional

Explained everything you'd expect out of a traditional dealership experience but what stood out was the level of confidence I had leaving knowing I could reach out if I had questions or issues. Genuinely excited about discussing cars and will go out of his way to provide the best possible buying experience.

I am absolutely appalled by the service and pricing at

I am absolutely appalled by the service and pricing at this shop. I brought my car in for a simple coolant leak, which turned out to be nothing more than a split hose that needed replacing. A quick and easy fix, right? Apparently not, according to their billing department! They had my car for few days and charged me an astronomical price that felt completely disproportionate to the work done. I understand labor costs and parts, but this was highway robbery for this labor. The price they quoted me was outrageous, and when I questioned the charge, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, hiding behind "standard shop rates" and "diagnostic time." There was no transparency, just a massive bill for a simple, routine fix. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy being fleeced for basic maintenance. I will never be returning and will be sure to share my experience with everyone I know. Save your money and find a shop that is honest and fair with their pricing!

Just bought a certified pre owned Porsche.

Just bought a certified pre owned Porsche. Really great experience all up. I worked with Tony and he was super responsive, friendly and worked out a great deal with me. He went above and beyond taking pictures and keeping me informed of every step of buying process. I was a bit nervous as I was buying out of state but Tony made the whole experience super easy and convenient. Thank you Tony.

From start to finish, he was professional, attentive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions, kept me updated throughout the process. Brian from the Merriam store, helped my wife and I get

Brian from the Merriam store, helped my wife and I get rid of a Mercedes we’ve had for 7 years with low mileage. It was the vehicle we drove our handicapped son in for most of his life and then he suddenly passed away in 2021. We haven’t been able to even think about selling it, but I’m glad we got matched up with Brian when we did! The staff was amazing and nonjudgmental and took it as is which really took down our anxiety about selling it. Could not have asked for a better salesman and the owner was super graceful about taking it. Love this place. Will not buy a car from anywhere else
