This was my first experience buying a new car at Mark Jacobson. Previously I had bought or leased new cars from this dealership. Everything about the experience was positive.

Mr.Adams is such a wonderful person. He took the time to listen to me and not just pitching a sale. He worked with me when I thought ALL hope was lost. He was very open and honest about everything. I bought a new phone and I had problems connecting it to my Bluetooth so I called Frank Adams and he took the time out of busy day to come out and help me get this set up in no time st all thank you Mr Adams for marking my day a little brighter.

I called Barbara Decatur on last Thursday and told her I was having some problems with my car. She told me to come in on Saturday to talk. She was so helpful with advice, I walked out with a 2019 Toyota Corolla. I was so happy I wanted to cry. Thanks Barbara!!!

This is the second car I have purchased from Mark Jacobson Toyota, and it was an enjoyable experience both times. Frank Adams, the salesman I dealt with on my recent purchase, is the same salesman who I dealt with in my previous purchase. He is not only very knowledgeable and efficient, but he is always a pleasure to deal with. He is one of the reasons I chose to buy a Toyota, instead of another brand from another dealer whose salesman was nowhere close to Frank's standard.

We recently purchased our car at Mark Jacobson toyota from Leo and he was amazing! We would highly recommend going straight to him for your car purchasing needs! Then we were filling out the paperwork, we worked with Quincy Hamilton and you could tell he had our best interest in mind. He set us up with GAP and a warranty that gives us great peace of mind! He was hilarious to boot! They are the dream team!
