I have purchased two cars from this dealership one brand new and one used and my experience both times was fantastic… and they were purchased 16 years apart. That tells you something about their commitment to excellent customer service. It’s not one person or for short time. It’s part of their DNA. They’re in that same time. I’ve had experiencing with other dealerships that I wished I didn’t. I will always go back to Honda Delray.

I went with my daughter to drop off her car for an oil change and went to say hello to Franky Lena, our salesman for the the last 12 years. Haley ended up leaving the dealership in a brand new Acura Integrga. Franky made it so simple, even went the extra mile and got her the color she wanted, thank you so much Franky!! Look forward to my next car from Delray Honda with Franky!!

My experience with Delray Honda was excellent. I had some technical issues with Apple Car Play. My salesperson Mr. Sam Assisi promptly addressed my concerns and resolved my issues completely.

I just purchased a Honda Accord. From the moment I arrived I was walked through the process involved in purchasing a new car. The team was thorough and patient. I recently leased a 2026 Honda Civic Sport Sedan from Delray Honda for my daughter, and I wanted to recognize the team that made the experience a positive one. I initially connected with Shane Sybil, the Internet Director, who provided me with a lease quote over the phone and followed up promptly by text with the details I requested. I appreciated being able to handle much of the process remotely before coming into the dealership, as my goal was to minimize the amount of time spent there. About a week later, Ed Haddad personally followed up with me regarding the quote. Ed was professional, patient, and never made us feel pressured. He answered our questions, respected our preference to communicate primarily by email and text, and helped guide us through the process from start to finish. When we arrived at the dealership, there was initially a little confusion regarding whether the College Graduate incentive had already been included in the quote. I explained that, based on my original conversation with Shane, it had not been reflected in the initial numbers. I had the opportunity to meet Shane in person, and I truly appreciated that he honored exactly what we had discussed over the phone without any hassle. To me, that demonstrated integrity and a commitment to doing the right thing. I also want to recognize Tony Bermudez in the Finance Department. Tony was organized, transparent, and explained everything clearly. The paperwork process was straightforward, and there were no high-pressure tactics or surprises. The only delay we experienced was waiting to speak with the insurance representative, as there was only one person handling insurance matters at the time, resulting in about a 40-minute wait. However, once it was our turn, adding the new vehicle to our insurance policy took only about 7 minutes and was handled efficiently. Overall, we were able to complete the lease with terms we understood and felt comfortable with. I appreciated the professionalism shown by Shane, Ed, and Tony throughout the process. They earned our business and our trust. Thank you to the entire Delray Honda team for helping make this a memorable experience for our family. I would not hesitate to recommend Delray Honda to friends and family looking for an honest and straightforward dealership experience.

The experience is excellent and stress free. Everyone is professional and knowledgable. .Fantastic experience!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a well made car and an exceptional buying experience. Completely stress free. They take care of everything from insurance to finance and all you have to do is drive the car out of the dealership. My salesman was Jason and I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable without pressuring you. Again what a fabulous experience!!
