The Truck Service Center customer vehicle parking issue
The Truck Service Center customer vehicle parking issue has improved. One issue of concern that creates a vehicle repair backlog is a lack of Drivability Techs to diagnose vehicle codes then route vehicle to specific tech/mechanics to perform require repairs. I realize that finding qualified techs to diagnose today's current computer driven vehicle components is difficult at best, but obtaining qualified ones would greatly enhance the routing of vehicles to the appropriate repair person.

Easy to make a convenient appointment and immediately
Easy to make a convenient appointment and immediately greeted when I drove up. The service writer (James W) was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had lots of questions and he answered all and even made a call to a tech guy on a diesel fuel question. He helped with discount coupons and choosing the right maintenance program for me. Very happy with the experience.

Travis did an excellent job.
Travis did an excellent job. I don't remember working with any of the people listed below. I called from a town a couple hours away and Travis was able to find what vehicle I needed, but it just wasn't in yet. I was called a week later, that the vehicle was in. The transaction was quick and enjoyable. It took us longer to drive there, the sale went so quickly.
