Service advisor, Teryn Scott provided was great in handling my service issues. He coordinated my 3m Booster service including a time slot with Kailey (Audi technologist) to review my Q5 capabilities. Kailey was most helpful in guiding me through some of the features I had questions concerning THANK YOU & Kudos to both Teryn and Kailey.!! Teryn was very Efficient in scheduling my appointment for the 3M Booster service to minimize the time I would have to be in Sacramento away the from the Bay Area. I would have appreciated being told when I purchased the car, including the 3M package that I would have to return to Sacramento for the servicing of this package. I would have left the car and returned to pick up the vehicle one the service had been complete.

After initially having problems with a new 2025 S5 I had purchased, and some initial incidents that happened with the dealership, everyone went above and beyond to make sure the situation was rectified and i have a top notch experience. Upon Audi buying that car back, i purchased a 2023 A7 CPO from Niello and everyone from Jackie to Alex and Tatyana made sure I was well taken care of. Also a big shout out to Aaron Thetford and Scott Bunker for being so responsive during all of this.

It was only because of the faithful follow up of their sales / purchasing agent named AJ at the AUDI STORE that I chose NEILLO DEALERSHIPS for my trade in and eventual purchase of my “new” 2017 BMW i3. The entire staff were attentive, accommodating and sought my comfort as I spent the good part of 3 days trying to find a car that would meet my specific needs. Ultimately the car that brought me back to Neillo was one that was previously “in stock” but not available from my Audi dealership inquiries but days later from my own investigation was found to be available at The Elk Grove dealership. I told them I should be in the system as I had started a trade in but a suitable car could not be found at the Audi location. I said “detail the car, fill the tank and charge the battery… and I will come down to pick it up tonight” Which I did and the car has been just as enjoyable as my Neillo Dealership experience, an “11 out of 10”

The dealer tried to force a RecovR tracker on us before purchasing that is completely useless in our situation (our County had 0 cars stolen in the last two years) and Audi already tracks the car. We threatened to walk out. The salesman swiped the mud/cargo and charger after I confirmed all were in the vehicle. Diane Ponce saved us going to Pasadena Audi when the deal headed south. Five golds stars. Our sales guy should not be working at Niello. The dude who told sales folks to lie to customers about RecoveR should also be terminated. I know all of this since I have worked for Bosch Silicon Systems for 42 years. This is my third Audi from Niello since my Audi 90 quattro.
