I spoke with George Moreno regarding an SQ5 and reached a clear agreement to purchase the vehicle over the phone. At his request, I immediately submitted my driver’s license, insurance, and a completed credit application through the dealership’s portal. After providing everything required, George became unresponsive. The following day, after repeated calls and texts, I was contacted by a sales manager, Jeff Holt, who said he would take over and that a finance manager would be reaching out shortly to complete the paperwork. Instead, about an hour later, Jeff called back to tell me that another customer was coming in to look at the vehicle and that, because they were local, I would be pushed behind them if they chose to buy it. This was despite the fact that I had already agreed to terms and submitted all requested documentation, while the other party had not seen the vehicle, agreed to pricing, or provided any information. This dealership demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. Reneging on a confirmed deal in favor of a walk-in customer is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone against doing business with a store that treats customers this way.

Our team was actively working with you regarding the SQ5, but at the time, however, the purchase had not been finalized, as transportation and delivery arrangements for the vehicle were still being discussed and had not yet been confirmed. Because the vehicle remained available for sale and another customer was prepared to move forward immediately in person, the vehicle was ultimately sold. We recognize how disappointing that outcome can be, particularly after the time you invested in the process.
