Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree

My partner totalled our Ford Escape which we bought from this dealership 7 years ago. We liked the car so much that we shopped around for a new one and got the best price at Herb Chambers. Scot Cox was great and I would highly recommend him and this dealership.

my 2000 ford ranger was towed into the service dept. I was told i needed a new engine.I made up my mind that it was time for a new vehicle. I was greeted by Jeff Magnet. I told him my story and what i was interested in. Jeffs approach and attitude gave me the sense of someone wiling to work with me. Jeff introduced me to Neil Finch and they concluded that they could certainly help me get the car i need at the right price.I bought a a 2010 ford focus.When it came to finalize the paper work Neil made me feel very comforable as i was nervous at the signing.Both Jeff and Neil were personable.

Having no credit history has been difficult for me, except for a secured loan, since no one has been willing to provide me with a chance to build one for the past two years. However, the perception changed as soon as I sat and had a long discussion with Jeff. His approach and attitude gave me the sense of someone willing to work with me to find an affordable car, and moreover the car that I would be happy with. He discussed my situation with Mohamed and they concluded that they can certainly help me get the car I need at the right price. That is when Mohamed ensured that Neil (Business Manager) was also in the loop with this pending and promising deal. Today I am a proud owner of a used 2008 Ford Focus. What impressed me most were the following: - they listened to my needs and circumstances. - willingness to provide solutions. - team spirit within Herb Chambers, Braintree - ensuring that they find a financier that is willing to take the risk. I came in just to browse the lot I had a lease but it wasnt up until mid summer. I was greeted on the showroom floor by shatoya who went into all the details of the edge and explorer. I ended up going with the edge. It was extremely busy at the time when I was there but during that time shatoya took the opporunity to go over all the features and even demo them on her computer through syncmyride. When I finally got to neil I thought I would get fustrated by the sales pressure to buy warranties and other useless stuff to me. I never once felt pressured and I also brought the warranty. This was a great experience, and I am happy that I have a new car.

This dealership is by far the best one around. I went in and knew the car I wanted already, a 2011 Ford Fusion. Walter came right up and got down to business. He dealt with me and all my millions of questions. He was very patient with me. Mohamed was also great. He went over every bit of money that was being spent and why the car was priced the way it was. Neil Finch was amazing. It took a couple of days to final get the yes from the bank but Neil was there every step of the way as was Walter. i talked to them everyday and they kept me posted. Neil did everything he could to get me into the Fusion. Neil is very personable and friendly. I would recommend this car dealership to everyone. Most car dealerships are only worried about their commission but it felt differnt there. Thank you to Walter Mohamed and especially Neil for getting me the car I wanted....

My visit to Herb Chambers of Braintree was by far the best! I was greeted by Shatoya Gay who was very knowledgeable about the Ford make, models, and features. Shatoya listened to what I wanted and made reasonable suggestions to keep me in my price range. Excellent customer service skills! I will definitely recommend Shatoya to anyone looking to buy a car.
