What brought me to your dealership the first time was the price quote over the phone . I bought a 2005 Escape. The second time was even better when I purchased a 2011 F-250 Super Duty,thanks especially to James Dee and Mohamet Metwally. Thank You, Chris Bellas

I would reccomend this dealership as long as you go...

I would reccomend this dealership as long as you go during the evening when the night manager is on and as long as you don't work with Derrick Smellie. Apparently he thought I was a dumb and dont do research. Otherwise Neil Finch (finance) was GREAT!

My experience with Ron Novin was outstanding. He answered all my questions and gave me plenty of information about the Volkswagen CC I purchased. I bought my car at Herb Chambers Ford dealership so I was even more impressed at how much information Ron had about my car. I will definitely go back to Herb Chambers for my next car purchase.

Wayne was the best salesman I have ever delt with. His knowledge about the F-150 is excellent and that's why I decided to make the purchase! I will recommend Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree to everyone I meet, and tell them about how easy it is to complete the purchase!

I came in looking for a 2011 edge, Sean helped me, he was terrific he answered All my questions perfectly his product knowlege was outstanding. I was greeted by Errol who sealed the deal with getting me the best price possible I would deffantly recommend Sean and this dealership to anyone looking for a new car

After checking prices with two other dealers, and feeling...

After checking prices with two other dealers, and feeling as if my decision was made, I contacted Chambers Ford. Mohamed provided a price by phone that beat the others and then when in desperation the other dealer lowered his price, Mohamed made it up to me. Both men were gentleman, and made the experience a pleasant one. I helped my mom buy her first new car, and these men treated us wonderfully. I hope that the service department can live up to that of the sales department. I could not be happier with the results so far.

I just bought a 2011 Ford Fiesta from them, and although...

I just bought a 2011 Ford Fiesta from them, and although we had multiple delays in actually getting the car to us (not the dealership's fault but a delay on Ford's end), they kept us very informed and let us know what was going on every step of the way. I am a bit picky and I called in every few days to check up, and we were always given the most recent update on what information they had. Unfortunately our salesman had the day off on the only day we could pick up the car, but he had the car ready for us when we came in and familiarized another salesman with the transaction. Overall, the actual sale was very painless. I didn't feel pressured but was pleased with the negotiations. The finance manager Miguel was very easy to work with, very honest with us, and didn't rush us or make us feel unimportant, like I've felt at other dealerships in the past. Overall it was a great experience, all things considered.

What a comfortable environment. I was totally taken care of while looking for the perfect Mustang for myself. Neil Finch was the finance guy that I saw after I picked out my perfect car. He COMPLETELY set me up with the right plan for me. He was well educated unlike most finance people. I got everything I needed and more. A+++ will come back for my next car, definately.

This was my first time buying a new car and was very nervous.However Bill Gunville,Errol Gaudette and Neil Finch were extreemly friendly and patient with me.They each conducted themselves in a skilled and professional manner and I could not be happier with the service that I received.
