a few weeks ago i went into sales to look at a vehicle, i was harrased the minute i walked in the door, i said i would like to look around and felt like i had no space to breathe , i told the young lady i wanted to look i would get her if i needed help, i don't think i ever had met a more pushy salesperson .i was told about this website and felt as though i should warn people that they are very aggresive sales people...i felt as though i needed to leave, and then i kept getting phone calls from her , i finally told her to stop calling me i was no longer interested in purchasing a car from there. i say stay away from herb chambers , their sales tactics are no good.

By the time I had visited Herb Chambers Ford in...

By the time I had visited Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree, I had already visited several other dealerships. When Shatoya introduced herself, I thought she was too young to work with. Something told me to give her a chance. I am truly grateful that I listened to my "gut". Shatoya has to be one of the best sales persons I have every worked with. I was imprressed with her knowledge of the Ford cars. What I liked best was how she listened to what I was looking for; she took notes, and she suggested two cars. The Ford Fusion, which I could not afford but loved, and the Ford Focus. She suggested I drive both cars and see what I thought. While driving the Focus, she told me about the extras that came with this model. (these were the things I hoped to be able to afford) I was very impressed with this information and doubly impressed with Shaytoya. She is an excellent sales person. She gave me the knowledge I needed to make my best decision. I told her I had other places to visit and that I'd call her to let her know what my decision would be. I finally called back after visiting a couple of other dealerships to negociate a deal. Once again, she couldn't do enough for me. I have bought 8 new cars since 1978 and I have to say this experience what probably one of the best, if not the best, Herb Chamabers Ford in Braintree is extremely lucky to have such an incredible sales representative in Shatoya; I hope they realize just how good she really is. I would also like to mention working with Migel in Finance and one of the managers who also helped.

I bought a new F-150 pick-up truck from Herb Chambers...

I bought a new F-150 pick-up truck from Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree, Massachusetts recently.Scott Lewis, the General Sales manager,was my salesman. Scott took the time to explain all the options available to me as a customer to get the right truck built with the items I was looking for in my new truck. Some of the options were required to be changed out of the new vehicle and replaced by custom suppliers. The changes we made improved my new truck for less money than buying factory packages that included items I didn't want or need. Through Scott's knowledge and guidance, I purchased a new truck with the looks, comfort, price and support that keeps me a repete Ford customer. After Dealing with a car accident and insurance companies...

After Dealing with a car accident and insurance companies the last thing I wanted to deal with was all the stress of buying a new car.after spending my day going to dealerships ford herb chambers found what I was looking for right away the staff was great friendly I didn't feel pressured to buy they were efficient Errol G in particular was very personable.i'm glad I discovered herb chambers now I don't have waste my time with other dealerships it's refreshing to know I can buy a car without all the hastle that goes along with it it helps to be able to trust putting my finances and safety in someone elses hands

My recent experience at Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree,...

My recent experience at Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree, MA was excellent. All of the staff seemed pleasant and efficient. Furthermore, I had done some research on the Ford Explorer and any of the remaining questions I had in regard to the vehicle and purchasing process were answered by Errol Gaudette, who provided me with straightforward answers, detailed explanations of the various options and insured that the purchase process was smooth and efficient. I would definately recommend working with Mr. Gaudette and Herb Chambers Ford.

Having been to several dealerships over the years in MA,...

Having been to several dealerships over the years in MA, i've found that no other dealship has better customer service than Herb Chambers Ford. The staff is not pushy like some dealers, and the GM Scott Lewis takes the time to meet with you and gets personally involved. At no point did I feel harrassed or pressured to buy, yet afterwards I did. Mr. Lewis runs a great store and the staff is a reflection of him.

I had a car to turn in because i have a baby and it was a...

I had a car to turn in because i have a baby and it was a two door so Scott took the time to help me turn in my car and find a Mazda5 that i could afford and like. Scott got back to me within an hour and I was back buying and driving off the lot in three hours. I will return to Herb Chambers Ford I have always had good luck with them.

I visited this dealership in order to buy a new Fusion. I...

I visited this dealership in order to buy a new Fusion. I have been using their repair shop for several years and consider their work excellent. The experience buying a new car was no less an excellent experienc. They worked with me and found the car I wanted at their other location, got it down to me to see and drive and met the price I wanted to pay. There was no messing around and no pressure. Delivery was especially interesting, as Walter went over everything--all the new "gadgets"--and even saved me the trouble of setting up my cell phone with the Ford "Sync" system, for "hands-free" use. He, especially, was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership.

My experience with the employees at the dealership made...

My experience with the employees at the dealership made me feel comfortable. They were very friendly and helpful. They set me up with a new 2010 F150 crew cab, that I absolutely love. It's like they knew what I wanted. I am completely satisfied with the friendly at Herb Chambers Ford.

I believe Ms. Shatoya Gay was a wonderful representation...

I believe Ms. Shatoya Gay was a wonderful representation of Herb Chambers sales department. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing, she went out of her way to show us a number of vehicles, was very thorough in going over all aspects of the F150 trucks. She is very knowledgeable, amicable and pleasant and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.
