I HAD A VERY GOOD SERVICE EXPERIENCE AT HERB CHAMBERS FORD. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS IN FIXING MY CAR AND GETTING IT DONE ON THE SAME DAY. ALL OF THE SERVICE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND THEY HAVE A COMFORTABLE WAITING ROOM WITH TV AND APPLES. I WOULD DEFINITLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO MY FRIENDS.

CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT IN SERVICE VERY HELPFUL AND WILLING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. BROUGHT IN MY F150 PICK UP IN FOR SERVICE. VERY QUICK SERVICE. SERVICE DIRECTOR MR SCARNICI WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO FIX MY CAR, SO DIDN'T NATALE AGOSTINO. WILL RECOMEND THIS SERVICE DEPT TO ALL MY CO-WORKERS

I once made the mistake of going to a Ford dealership in Framingham, MA for repairs. The service and attitude was absolutely horrible. After this experience I vowed to never return, even though it would be extremely convenient to do so. I have since experienced what I believe to be the best customer service possible at a Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree, MA.

The experience I have had with Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree, especially with Scott Lewis was an absolute pleasure!! The knowledge and professionalism was the best I have ever encountered, bar none. I look forward to dealing with Herb Chambers and Scott again in the future!

We have been purchasing our vehicles through Herb...

We have been purchasing our vehicles through Herb Chambers of Braintree for the past 15 years (previously this dealer was Dave Dinger Ford)... We still return to this location because of the employees...We usually deal with Scott Lewis.. He has been great guiding us through the purchase of a new car. Through my past experience dealing with Scott, I wouldn't go anywhere else..I feel he is fair and trustworthy and count on him to take care of us. I recently purchased a car from Scott and will continue my service maintenance through this dealership.

We needed a new (to us) vehicle and were not sure where...

We needed a new (to us) vehicle and were not sure where to turn. I heard a word of mouth recommendation of Scott Lewis, but was wary of the big dealership experience. I could not have been more wrong. Scott steered us to a vehicle that was good for us, and was always available with sound advice. We ended up with a great deal and six month's later still marvel at the easy, painless experience Scott made the whole transaction. His approach to making a sale; finding out what we needed, not trying to sell me only what he had, put me at ease, and I recommend him and Herb Chambers without reservation. We bought a Toyota Sienna and could not be happier, with the van and with Scott! Beth and Brian Sullivan Scituate, MA

I have worked with Scott & his service crew for years and...

I have worked with Scott & his service crew for years and have always been quite pleased. My '03 Ranger Tremor is fantastic and the buying process was so easy-it was my first purchase on my own :). I have had some random things happen to my truck and the team worked tirelessly to repair things in a timely and cost effective manner; never have I had to return to have a repair repaired, always done right the first time. I will be in the market soon for a car with more passenger (read: large dog) space and there is no one else I would go through! I rec. Herb Chambers Ford to everyone. I live in NH and drive all the way to HC because of the impeccable service I receive-sooooo worth the field trip.

Scott Lewis of Herb Chambers in Braintree, MA has been the dealer and dealership for all of our vehicles and service. We have purchased 4 new and 2 used cars through our association with Scott. We have had all of the vehicles serviced there including body work from accidents. The exceptional service, attention to detail, personal follow-up that he provides can not be matched. He has earned my trust - and therefore my business, now and for all future purchases and service.

WE got a great deal on our 2004 Taurus there. I...

WE got a great deal on our 2004 Taurus there. I typically do not use a dealer for service but after speaking with Scott he assured me we would not be disapointed with the quality of work or the pricing. I have been bringing the car there ever since and not once have I not been satisfied with the service nor have I had to bring the car back in for the same problem, they get it fixed right the first time!

I originally bought a Ford Taurus from this dealership, from the sales rep. Robert Williams, back in 2004. He was courteous, informative, sincere and very helpful with the process of buying a car, as I had not done so in 17 years! That's why I didn't hesitate to go back to Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree MA and to see Robert Williams back in October 2008 to buy a (pre-owned) Ford Mustang.
