Everyone I have met has been professional and very knowledgeable. In each dept.. I would like to especially highlight Amer Hajou. Amer is truly incredible. I just purchased my 3rd Toyota from him. Certified used toyota's are better than new. purchase one a year old, low miles and get a better warranty than if it was new.
