I received especially good and friendly service from Gilbert Perea , sales representative at Boch Toyota in Norwood , Mass. Gilbert handled a complex arrangement, in a admirable manner , with my son"s leasing of a new car , where my good credit rating was required to complete the deal. Gilbert also took care of my purchase of a 2016 Avalon after the above transaction in similar very satisfying manner.

I waited a month to cool off before writing this. BDC told me $125/mo for a 2017 corolla lease when I asked for a quote on leasing one with taxes and fees factored in. I confirmed on the phone with Louis, supposedly the bdc manager, that it was $125 with taxes and fees. Wow! Great. The Toyota dealer literally 1 minute from my house couldn't match that, so I head to Boch, an hour away. No one could believe he said $125 and conveniently, he was gone for the day. Wouldn't do anything to compensate me for the trouble and the lie that got me in there. Unhappy and would not return. Finance guy was nice. But having been in the business (Lexus), didn't need all the shady tactics. Didn't feel appreciated.

I can think john Remy and mike daoud for helping me get my new rav4. I am very happy and i love my new car

I went to Boch Toyota to lease new vehicle. I met Theresa and she was vey helpful in answering all my questions. She listen to your requirements and provide suggestions accordingly. She don't try to push you to buy vehicle as like other sales agent.

Outstanding interpersonal skills, very helpful and understanding with my needs, excellent job throughout the process. I would recommend Gilbert to everyone who comes to Boch Toyota for a car purchasing.

I had come to boch toyota for a used car, but talking to person who was at sales(jerome jackson), i was convinced that I can afford a new car with the price that i was paying for a used car. Thank you again for getting me this deal. I could not find Jerome in the list of employees, so had to select Kyle who had helped me complete final formalities.

Theresa got me a great deal on trading in my old car. She was kind and very helpful in helping me find the vehicle I always wanted when I retired. I especially like not being pushed or given an over blown sales pitch to buy a car. Theresa was courteous and answered all my question. She later gave me her business card and asked me to contact her if was interested in anything. I felt very comfortable in purchasing my new Rav4 from her.
