I purchased a Kia Soul and had an excellent experience. Brad Nicklas, the salesperson, was extremely patient, informative and professional. At no point did I feel any pressure to purchase this vehicle. The staff was so friendly and accommodating.

You are welcome. It is all true. I'm am so thankful I found that car in a manual transmission. Now that I bought it I'm seeing them everywhere including where I walk the dog. I really like this car.

Don't use this service department. We bought a 2 year old Sorento here in 2018 and noticed a sound on turning immediately. It took them almost 2 years to and $800 in unnecessary repairs to figure out it was the rear differential which cost $3000. Two months later the engine had to be entirely replaced. A week after that the catalytic converter. Now two weeks after that repair they want a couple thousand to replace two front axles!! This is the only place that I've ever taken my car and they have really messed me over. After spending all this money my car is undriveable. Buyer Beware

Purchasing a vehicle most of the time is not a...

Purchasing a vehicle most of the time is not a pleasurable experience, and dealing with a salesman that is pushy, inexperienced or not fully on the level makes for a less than enjoyable process. I must admit that I was impressed by Vince who just recently sold us a vehicle. He was honest, professional, and very detailed throughout our whole sales experience. Not once did he try and force the situation, or be dis-honest. Matter-a-fact to the contrary he followed up the day after the sale (like he said he would), to ensure I was updated on the progress of the service of my vehicle. Usually after purchasing a vehicle good luck in find some assistance. I would definitely recommend Vince if you’re looking for an honest, professional experience. As for the atmosphere at the dealership, everyone seemed to be very helpful. You never had to look around to find someone to assist. Everyone you walked passed offered a bottle of water, and another sales man found a chair for someone that was standing-up in our party (without being asked).

YOU SOLD ME A CAR YOU DID NOT LEGALLY OWN

YOU SOLD ME A CAR YOU DID NOT LEGALLY OWN AND REFUSE TO DO YOUR PART! I would never recommend this dealership or any Bayside dealership ever. I bought a car in April and the initial experience was great. Car ran well and we were in and out quickly. Two months later, after my temporary tags expired, I contact the dealership to see what is the hold on my registration. Turns out they didn't have the title when they sold me the car and still don't. THAT IS NOT LEGAL! IT IS ILLEGAL TO SELL A CAR WITHOUT A TITLE! I have contacted multiple managers several times (Both Chris's at the Kia Dealership and Kim from licensing and title office) about the issues and I am beyond fed up. They still don't have the title three months into "selling" me the vehicle. On top of that there were a few issues with the car (latch broken) we asked about getting serviced and they would not correct despite the other issues going on. Beyond dissatisfied. I am contacting a lawyer and they will be handling everything shortly. YOU SOLD ME A CAR YOU DID NOT LEGALLY OWN AND REFUSE TO DO YOUR PART!

Great service all around

First, I live in DC, so this dealership is far out of the way for me, but I am willing to make the trip because the service is just that great! I've purchased cars several times, and my experience has always been that the dealership will bend over backwards to please you in order to make the sale. But once the sale is made, you're treated like a second-class citizen. Not so here. Jon Soule was great and continues to keep in touch with me to remind me of my service. The service team is great (which is a rarity in my experience). Everyone here puts customer service first and I can't sing their praises enough!!!

Friendly neighborhood service

I would like to acknowledge Manny Sauls who was my initial point of sales contact and he handed me over to JC Rodriguez to answer questions and show me some car options on the lot. Manny referred to JC's seniority and knowledge of the inventory and assured me that I will be in good hands. JC was patient and took his time showing my wife and I different vehicle options that would be a great fit (physically and financially)! We originally came to purchase a Telluride but they were literally selling off the lot. JC showed us some Sorentos and then directed us to pre-owned 2017 version that was just traded in. We took a test drive, checked out the features and went to see if we could work out the final details. In the process JC also helped to clean out my 08 Camry to prepare for going home with the 2017 Sorento.

Great Experience at Bayside Kia

Bayside was a pleasure to work with. We figured out pricing before I came in. I drove the vehicle, paid and was out of there after some paperwork. Jon was great over email and JC helped me seal the deal in person. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
