I very rarely write reviews on my dealership experience because for the most part they do the bare minimum. This experience at Jim Ellis Volkswagen was far from the norm! I took my 2012 VW CC in for a repair and some recall work and right from the start I was treated like I was the only customer they had. My service rep/Ryan was very courteous and was very attentive and kept me advised the entire time they had my car. Upon completion, a timely completion!!.....I was greeted with a fully detailed car and everything was fixed to my satisfaction. I will definitely be using them again for my service needs and if the sales side is as good as the service side, my next purchase will be through Jim Ellis VW. Thanks you for a great experience!

I find my experience is priceless,they offer good pricing and quality repairs fixed rite the first time, other dealers are trying to sell me aftermarket parts, my service advisor was sweet, honest and explained all product options for my vehicle to function properly

It was both the customer service and ease of purchase, along with a horrible experience at a local dealership, that made the transaction at Jim Ellis VW a pleasant one. Sales staff had a simple and honest approach that was appreciated. They returned calls and emails promptly when I was researching the vehicle. Finance rep didn't try to shove an extended warranty down my throat, and that was a welcome change from dealerships I've purchased from in the past. Only because I don't believe in anything or anyone being perfect, I'll mention the only negative that crossed my mind, and believe me, I'm nitpicking with this gripe. This was the only time I've ever purchased a car that didn't have a full tank of gas. However, the deal I got was so outstanding, I can't really fault them for it. That might not be a standard practice with Atlanta dealerships. Anyway, I'll definitely recommend Jim Ellis VW to anyone considering a VW in the future.

I recently moved to Atlanta, and when the time had come to have a 30,000 mile service done on my VW CC, I looked up the nearest VW dealership - which happened to be Jim Ellis. The visit exceeded my best expectations. From making online appointment, to being greeted by extremely knowledgeable, professional and Southern-friendly service manager, to having the car serviced, washed and detailed in record time, everything was perfect. I plan on going back there again and highly recommend the place.

I first talked to Brian at 10. Brian found my car elsewhere in a matter of hours and had it ready for me when I arrived at 5:30. When we were done it was past closing time but he spent a long time familiarizing me with all the features after the doors were locked. He was genuinely excited about this car. The price was great and Brian had to go outside their dealership to find the rapidly disappearing 2017 model--a GLI manual. Awesome car too.

For the price & feedback. They leave a lot to be desired. Never leave with a satisfied feeling. My parents purchased many cars in the 70's from J.E. & know the couple who purchased the first vw vehicle ever on Jim's VW lot. I expect more, esp bc of history. Their service leaves a lot to be desired. My key messed up & car returned dirty. Really?
