My service advisor was not helpful or responsive no one
My service advisor was not helpful or responsive no one knew what my appt was for when I arrived, and when I checked out no one went over my bill with me. And when I called and texted him multiple times at 4pm for a Lyft ride to come pick my truck up, I was told he was at lunch. So I had to explain to someone else (again) the circumstance. When I checked out I had to ask several times if I was being charged correctly, and the entire appt was disorganized and disappointing.

Dropped my tahoe off to have some repairs made, service
Dropped my tahoe off to have some repairs made, service was quick and excellent. They got me in same day as a walk in. Sonja took very good care of me and my vehicle, she was very knowledgeable and incredibly nice. Will definitely e using this dealership for any repairs I may need while in Atlanta in the future.

From the time walked in the door it was very good.
From the time walked in the door it was very good. Then I was introduced to Samuel Opara and he walked me through the process so easy and explained everything. He was impressed that I had done my research. He was knowledgeable and didn't try to pressure me into anything. I do see why he is the #1 salesperson!!! I drove over an hour and a half to get there , and they appreciated it. (So did I) Thank you Samuel Opara and Jim Ellis.

Sam was awesome and fast!
Sam was awesome and fast! The first truck I wanted was a little bit out of budget but he was able to get me into my 2nd option. Fantastic customer service and a fantastic dealership! Sam even drove 50 miles so my co-signer didn’t have to make the trip! I 100% recommend Sam and Jim Ellis!
